This luxurious 6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Newport Beach Home is located directly on the sand, with no busy boardwalk in front, just peaceful ocean views. Spanning 3400 sq. ft. across three floors, this high end home offers plenty of space for families and groups, sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. Parking for 4 Cars, a Private Oceanfront Patio, and a Rooftop Deck with panoramic views, this is the ultimate coastal getaway.
Step inside and you'll find an open concept living space designed for both relaxation and connection. A large sectional and 55â Smart TV with satellite service set the tone for cozy evenings, while floor to ceiling windows bring in endless ocean views. The newly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining. Between the dining table and bar seating, up to 14 guests can gather together.
From the living room, slide open the doors to your private beachfront patio. Here you'll find a gas fire pit, outdoor seating, and the perfect spot to watch the sunset with your toes in the sand.

Disneyland and Fashion Island are within easy driving distance for even more family fun.

- One Security Camera at the Front Door.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 4 Parking Spots.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
