Wailea Elua 1203 is a stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront vacation rental located on the ground floor of the prestigious Wailea Elua Village community. This condo offers direct access to Ulua Beach, where guests can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the gentle surf. Nothing beats the convenience of being able to wake up and walk down to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island to start exploring the colorful reefs. Carry your snorkel and fins down right from your condo!
The spacious living area, with it\'s open floor plan is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and a formal dining area. Large sliding doors open to a private lanai, where guests can take in breathtaking ocean views, enjoy sunsets, and even spot whales during the winter whale season. The outdoor space is ideal for dining or unwinding while soaking up the tropical atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The bedroom offers direct access to the lanai and features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower.
As part of the Wailea Elua community, guests have access to resort-style amenities, including two ocean-view pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ facilities. The beautifully manicured grounds provide a serene environment, with a private walkway leading from the lanai to the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, perfect for leisurely strolls to nearby restaurants and spas
