Palms at Wailea #307 is a tastefully remodeled, spacious 1Bd/2Ba unit with all the comforts of home! It is conveniently located on the ground floor and it is a close walk to the picturesque resort pool. The unit has split system A/C in the bedroom. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops, and is supplied with all your vacation needs in mind. The bedroom has a king bed and the en suite bathroom is remodeled with a luxurious whirlpool bath. The convenient second bathroom boasts a beautiful travertine walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large-screen television. You can access the spacious, well-appointed lanai through either the slider in the living room or the one off the bedroom. You can see the ocean as you relax on the lanai. For your outdoor enjoyment, this Palms at Wailea #307 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. A telephone is supplied in the unit with free calling to the continental U.S. and to Canada. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long white sandy shoreline. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner had 4 beach chairs. We go to the beach e ryday. One chair I took the first day was completely broken. The owner should have thrown it out. Another chair had the straps for carrying the chair on your back ripped apart, so you couldn’t put it on your back. The buckle strap was broken & therefore you couldn’t carry the chair. The owner needs to throw both out & buy new Tommy Bahana beach chairs at Costco. There was a cockroach in the sink in the bedroom one morning. My wife is afraid of bugs. This was our third time staying at unit 307 at the Palms at Wailea. We always start for a week.

Beautiful and well appointed.

The stay was great. We did not spend a lot of time there. Not a place for children. Pool has very strict rules. Very quiet. Close to nice restaurants, beach walk. Wailea itself is breathtaking! Worth the trip from the East coast.

Great Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Palms at Wailea. The condo was well stocked with beach toys and the kitchen had everything you need. We enjoyed having our own BBQ and we didn’t even need air conditioning with the windows opened at night. We did find if we aren’t meticulous with cleaning the kitchen we did see ants. The only other critique would be that the closest doors were quite rusty so a bit tricky to slide and open. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this unit.

Great rental. Beautiful Wailea property. Short walk to some beaches. I mean short. My wife is not a big walker and we had rental car, but both of us we're impressed how quickly you can be right on the beach from this spot. It's as quiet a country cabin and a short walk or drive for as loud as you can handle. View the Ocean from the lanai! The only thing I was skeptical about was the negative reviews about bugs going in. But seriously the bugs are a NON issue. Just be tidy and clean up after yourself and you will love it. Look forward to the opportunity to stay again!

A Great Place to Stay in Wailea

This is an ideal condo to stay at in Wailea with all the amenities a couple would need for cooking in and relaxing on the lanai and with an easy walking distance to the hotels and restaurants in Wailea. This was our second stay at the property and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was very clean and felt like we were at home. It is as unfortunate the pool was closed BUT we were given a months warning about this so we totally understand. We would go back!

After staying in a hotel suite for the previous 6 nights this place was just what the doctor ordered! Spacious layout and super comfortable. AC in master was nice. Ceiling fans did a good job keeping air circulating. Pool access and parking very convenient. Enjoyed our stay. Would have no reservations to stay again! Thanks so much.

Reviewer Comments: The Palms #307 is a superior unit, in every way, the only negative we can give it is that the floors need a good washing. due to the neutral color of the tile it looked clean but we made the mistake of wearing white sport socks when we arrived. Other than that the unit was awesome and felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we were there.

Great spot in Maui

We booked this condo last minute and we were very happy with our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, and layout was great. We were missing hot pads to remove something from the oven, but otherwise we had all we needed. Location is quiet but super convenient to beaches and shops and the pool on site. Patio was very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend!

It was great

I wish if they have cleaned the closets as it was filled with stuff and very dusty. We had to leave all of our luggage in the living room as there was no place to store. Hope they make these changes for a better stay in future.

Our favourite Maui Condo

We love the spot if this condo, the pool, the condo itself was well stocked with all items we needed. The owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely come back!
