Whether you’re here for the beaches, the breweries, or just a relaxing getaway, our place is set up to make you feel right at home.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + closet & accent chair.

Bathrooms: Two full baths (one with tub/shower combo, one with soaking tub).

Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer.

Outdoor Patio: A quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or evening wine.

Parking: Private, secure parking on-site.

We’re right on a main road for quick access, and still just a short walk to all the charm of downtown Dunedin — shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

Cottage #2’s entrance and courtyard are tucked back from the road, giving you extra privacy. You’ll also have a back-alley entrance that makes walking into town even easier.

This cottage is part of a charming two-residence building, offering the comfort of a private home with the option to book both sides together for larger groups. Each unit has its own entrance, parking, and amenities, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together.

And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests — perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.

🚪 Guests have full access to Unit 2, including the private patio, in-unit washer/dryer, and 2 secured parking spaces.
Check-in is easy with a smart lock code provided before arrival. There is also a nice open shared courtyard space w bike rack.

💬 We’re a husband-and-wife team who live nearby. We’ll give you privacy, but we’re always close if you need recommendations or run into anything during your stay. We love Dunedin and are happy to share our favorite local spots.

*Our property sits along a main road, so you may notice some traffic, but Unit 2’s entrance and courtyard are tucked back for added privacy.

*Traveling with a larger group? In addition to this unit, you can rent the other side of the duplex (sleeps 5) and even a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.

*Construction* From December into summer, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring propertys; although as of this update in April, one of the projects is is winding down and focused more on interior work. Another a bit further away is starting up. Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Parking: Tandem parking is available on-site. Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. 🚗

Smoking: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the units. Smoking is permitted on the private patio and in the shared courtyard, as long as it’s done respectfully and without disturbing other tenants.
