The space
The Barefoot Parrot collection consists of 3 new cottage-style units, available both together and separately. Rent more than one cottage for larger groups.

This beautifully decorated & spacious 850 sq foot 2- bedroom ground floor cottage offers modern décor, an open floor-plan, & a small outdoor patio. * Please note there is not a fenced yard. If you're bringing your dog, you will need to walk your pup in the neighborhood. Rest assured, Dunedin is very dog friendly!

Cook in comfort in a roomy full-size kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, dishwasher, & all the cooking essentials you'll need.

Curl up with a book, hit the beach, or stroll downtown to Dunedin's many restaurants, breweries and shops. Dunedin has been featured in top magazines to include Southern Living as a quaint beach town, you're destined to fall in love with this coastal gem.

We offer a luxurious king bed in master, a lovely queen bed in the second bedroom, and a large comfy sectional sleeper couch for 2. Bathroom offers a roomy walk-in shower. In unit and free laundry provided.

POOL? Looking for a pool and a fruity drink with an umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki Bar are located one mile away, easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. This pool is for guests at least 18-years old. For families; try Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' splash pad and concessions---2.5 miles from our property.

GOLF CART RENTALS: Dunedin loves golf carts. Zip to the waterfront or cruise around town. You can rent one - search "Let's Go Carting," "Easy Ride Rental" in Belleair FL or Beach Ride Rentals. * Book early!
Guest access
Private access to entire 2 bedroom approx. 850 Sq foot cottage. Reserved on-site parking provided for 1 car. Second space is first come. Additional public parking available close by.

Quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Our great location means you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Please consider that all guests will need to follow this house rule. Gracias!

We also provide (1) high speed WiFi (2) Roku TV with Cable, Netflix, and Amazon (3) beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler, *snorkeling gear can be purchased locally. (4) children's supplies such as pack and play, rolling crib, stroller, high chair are available, please request.

Pools: Need a fruity drink and umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki bar (18 and up) 1 mile away, easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. For families; try Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' Splash Pad, 2.5 miles from our cottages.
