This newly renovated 1950s craftsman home is our personal vacation home that we are delighted to share with you! It is a ~1800sqft 4bedroom, 2bathroom home with plenty of space for the whole family.

- There are two locked storage closets (one in the kitchen, one in the Queen bedroom).
- The shed in the backyard is also locked up.
All other spaces and closets are open for guest use as needed!

Other things to note
NOISE/PRIVACY:
- The backyard borders a gas station and there is various noise throughout the day but it quiets down in the evening.
- The fence in the backyard is not very high so the yard is visible from the gas station.
- There's general road and highway noise virtually at all times but its fairly quiet in the house.
- The neighbors on both sides have small noisy dogs that are annoying barkers but are generally not outside often.
- The yard is NOT fully fenced in. While there is a fence on the back and sides, the front yard is not closed in yet.
- If it is rainy, the clay dirt in the yard becomes very sticky and slick

KIDS:
- There is no fence in the front yard so little kids should not be allowed outside unmonitored.
- The stove/oven is Natural Gas powered so careful with the knobs.
- Toddlers/infants may have difficulty navigating the 2 steps down to the game room
