Please be sure to account for all guests when you make your reservations. Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.



We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.

Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.

We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.

This property features a private gas grill, available upon request. Guests who wish to use it must arrange in advance and a $50 cleaning fee will apply. For a no-cost option, feel free to enjoy the two communal charcoal grills in the courtyard.



For our guest safety there is a security camera on the exterior of the units front door.

Cancellation policy

100% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees, refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit policy

A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
