Ma propriété est unique en raison de la vue dégagée! À couper le souffle Mountain View’s.
Disposition de la cuisine ouverte avec des appareils en acier inoxydable noir.
Le salon comprend un grand canapé en cuir, un fauteuil en cuir, un repose-pieds, un lit gigogne en cuir et un foyer à gaz pour vous réchauffer de la tête aux pieds!
Chambre 1 a un lit queen size frame frame.
Chambre 2 a un lit queen size contemporain en bois de cerisier foncé avec une salle de bain privée ci-jointe.
Placard à skis chauffé devant la porte d'entrée.
Le balcon donne sur la vallée de la Yampa et la région sauvage de Flattop.
Pendant la saison de ski d’hiver, une navette gratuite vous conduira au pied de la montagne, aux sources thermales, aux épiceries, aux magasins ou au centre-ville où vous pourrez trouver de nombreuses activités après le ski ou votre jour de congé du ski.

Steamboat March 9-13

Unit was very adequate, clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. View was great. Unfortunately the noise from the unit upstairs was unbelievable, as if our ceiling and upstairs floor were made of cardboard or, at best, very thin plywood. I’m not talking party noise or loud music, just normal moving around and conversation. The water pressure in both showers was unsatisfactory.

great vacation for 3 generations.

The unit was clean, living area is spacious, kitchen was fully equipped for making meals in the unit. Easy access through codes provided by owner. Owner easily to reach and great to work with. Great shuttle service to base. Need for tending to ice build up in front of the whole building when walking through parking area. 4 adults 2 kids (5 & 7)

Great Steamboat condo!

This lovely condo was as described. Katherine was very fast to respond to any messages during our stay. Comfortably slept 5 (up to 6), including two kids on the trundle bed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The condo amenities, including hot tub and laundry, were close and convenient. Beautiful view too!

Perfect location for skiing!

Katherine’s condo is well appointed and has all we needed for a great ski vacation. She answered questions and communicated all details in a timely manner. The shuttle was extremely convenient and available for getting to the slopes, and the view of the valley from the condo was beautiful!

Charming condo unit

Condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Only a few minutes from Old Town as well as Gondola and ski lifts. VRBO owner Katherine was easily reached if we had any questions. Very pleasant mini break.

Katherine has provided everything you could need with her property. So comfortable and felt like home. The ski area is minutes away by the vans to the door. Amazing, and we will be back for sure. Loved it.

The condo was great, exactly as described. Shuttle to ski lift was so convenient, and also the free bus to downtown was nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place, but...

This abode is Very Nice, comfortable, the view of the valley is Stupendous, and shuttle service is easy, but I found the VRBO ad misleading in the aspect concerning the washer and dryer. The ad gave me the impression machines were within the condo, icons on the ad would not allow more information, and the machines were at the clubhouse with typical laundromat quarter fees. Also, the parking lot was a dangerously slick ice sheet in front of the unit.

Great place to stay!!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Steamboat. The shuttle to and from the ski resort was easy to use and the views were beautiful over the valley. The unit has everything you need and Katherine is super communitive and accessible for questions.

Hi, I have been fortunate enough to spend over 20 years in Steamboat Springs, a Colorado mountain resort community. I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast, spending much of my down time exploring mountain trails on my bike, running or hiking. I was the owner/manager of a market and restaurant in downtown Steamboat Springs and became very knowledgeable about much of what the town has to offer. I am able to provide suggestions on where to go for fun, whether downtown, to the river, or anywhere on the mountain. I recently moved away from Steamboat Springs to Boulder, but still return often to take good care of my condo and return to the beauty of Steamboat Springs.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I fell in love with the beautiful and peaceful view from the balcony and the open kitchen layout. The condo feels warm, cozy, and a home away from home. I have supplied the kitchen with many cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, even vases to put fresh flowers in!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This condo is unique because it is tucked away on a hill which makes it feel very private. The amenities are spectacular! A free shuttle (ski season only), two hot tubs facing the mountains, and a workout room with a mountain view! Location? : Yes this condo is in the perfect spot to enjoy the ski mountain. A short, less than 5 minute drive to the base of Steamboat Resort. Steamboat's downtown is about 12 minutes driving and the grocery stores are 10 minutes driving. There is a small grocery/ liquor store 3 minutes away, just down the hill. I am available to answer any questions about Steamboat activities, restaurants, and happenings!
