Spend your next coastal getaway at Cohasset Getaway Unit #3, a bay-front condo located in the heart of South Mission Beach. This updated second-level residence offers panoramic Mission Bay views and refreshing coastal breezes throughout. The home features 3 bedrooms, including a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bunk room, along with 2 full bathrooms. The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and bay views, while the adjacent dining area seats up to six. The fully equipped kitchen is updated for easy meal preparation, and a nearby patio with a barbecue grill allows for outdoor dining with water views. Ideally situated steps from the bay and beach, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. Please note: neighboring construction is currently underway Monday–Saturday from 7 AM–6 PM, and some noise may be heard during daytime

Beautiful condo on the calmer side of mission bay. Walkable to mission beach and Belmont. Perfect for tweens and teens.

Bay get away

Beautiful views

The code to get into the front door was long and each time I made an error I had to start over which was difficult with a toddler lol. I connected with the “help team” to figure out the Wi-Fi and we were unsuccessful. Although YouTube was available on the tv we weren’t able to watch movies/shows. The location was very beautiful however I had a xl suv and it was too large to fit in the garage. I parked at the beach which is a half mile walk. The home/location is very beautiful but I don’t recommend if you have a large car and a toddler.

Great stay

Aside from couple of minor things, the stay was great. The check in process was smooth however the unit wasn’t labeled with the unit number, so we didn’t know which unit it was. After trial & error, we figured it out. Cleanliness- overall it was good, but there was a bath towel that had hair all over it. I emailed the property manager and he simple said that he would let the cleaning crew know. It want a huge deal because they have a washer dryer in the unit, so I washed the towels. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The view was fantastic and the unit was spacious. The location was walking distance to many restaurants. Overall we had a great time and would def go back! Thank you!!

Convenient and roomy

Our flights changed and I had my elderly parents with us. We arrived at the property much earlier than planned. I messaged the property manager and never received a reply about getting into the property early. I then was in touch with someone via the confirmation text—they refused to let us use the property early so we sat outside for over two hours while the property was ready and cleaned and nobody was there. This was pretty inflexible and inconvenient. The property was spacious and the living area was really comfortable. It was very dusty and could use a deep cleaning. Great location.

Customer service: non-existent

Garage required codes at two separate entry points. There was no one on the phone who knew anything about the property to answer my questions. The grill wasn’t working on two burners, I called and asked for help, they said they would have someone contact me to address it, no one did. Overall the customer service was the worst I’ve had.

We met family from out of state and the place gave us a lot of room to visit. It was nice to be able to walk out the back door to a beach. It was a lovely stay.

Lovely views of the Bay. If wanting to see the ocean side it’s only a couple minutes walk.Location was fantastic for exploring the San Diego area! When traveling north to La Jolla or south to the zoo or SD, it was no traffic whatsoever. The other sides of the free were packed. I’m thinking the Mission Bay Area is a nice spot. Communication with the host was timely. We had a couple of minor questions which they responded to promptly.Thanks for a lovely stay!
