This house was great. So many amenities starting with the game room to games and puzzles, not to mention outdoor activities. So much to keep everyone happy. Plenty of room for all. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked and all the basic essentials were provided. Joe was a great host. He was quick to answer any inquiries or concerns we had, from contract signing all the way to departure. The house is also close to so many attractions. It's a great location. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

The home was beautiful. When we arrived there was a problem with the downstairs toilet. I made a phone call and within 30 minutes the problem was resolved and no other problems occurred. The property is nice, the location was excellent which allowed us to go to the grocery store and find places to shop nearby. Our annual ladies trip was a hit!

Our host, Joe, was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Our only issue was operating the hot tub/pool heater but Joe came two times within 15 minutes to assist. Joe thought of every detail when accommodating this home for his guests. Very impressive. Our family very much enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and thanks again for being a repeat guest. I am very disappointed to hear that there was not enough trash bags provided and trash was left from a prior guest. This does not meet my expectations and has since been addressed with my cleaning team. I do wish you would have notified me of these issues as I provide a cleanliness guarantee. If anything isn't right, or you're missing something, my cleaning team or I will be there to make it right. I am very sorry you had to deal with someone else's trash! Thanks for making me aware of this issue so other guests don't have to deal with the same issue. Thanks Again Joe

The property was just what we were looking for. We came to spend an early Christmas and get to know new grandchildren, 9 and 10. We enjoyed the pool, heated, the game room and that there was plenty of space for people to relax. The host was very responsive and the communication was superb. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a centrally located place to stay with plenty to do. The best part was none of the 3 children said "I am bored."

Gorgeous home! Our stay at The Treehouse was excellent. The home was beautifully decorated and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Joe, our host, was extremely accommodating and friendly. The outdoor space felt like an extension of the home — well-maintained, plenty of room for my sister’s kids to run around, and a great setup for relaxing. The pool and hot tub area had plenty of lounge chairs and a large patio table that made eating outside easy and comfortable. We definitely recommend The Treehouse to anyone looking for a large, cozy place for a family getaway. We’re already looking forward to staying again.

Our stay at The Tree House was perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked, the game room was awesome, the fireplace superb and we even enjoyed the heated pool in December. It truly is a beautiful property. The pictures don't do it justice. Joe was always available to answer questions and even drove over to show us how to use the heater in the pool/spa. He was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The only thing missing was washcloths but the linen, towels, and pillows were all super comfy and very clean.

Denise-Thank you so much for the kind words and review. I am so happy you enjoyed the property and would love to host you again in the future. I am so sorry about the washcloths. We do provide washcloths for all our guests so this must have been missed by the cleaning crew prior to your arrival. I wish you would've told me so I could have corrected this issue immediately for you. That had to be annoying not having wash cloths. I am so sorry we failed you in that area. I sent a message to my cleaning team to remind them to check all the towels and wash cloths for future guests. I hope I get another chance to provide you with a perfect stay! Thanks Again Joe

We (3 adults, 3 young kids) had a wonderful week-long stay over Christmas! Joe was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the start—he even thoughtfully offered to decorate the house for Christmas for us.What really sets this place apart are the details that many hosts overlook: the kitchen is VERY well-stocked for actual cooking, there are plenty of hooks in convenient locations, there is an accessible closet in each bedroom with bathrobes, and the blackout curtains in every room were a lifesaver for everyone’s sleep schedule (including a napping toddler). The house is comfortable, functional, and family-friendly thanks to the pool, game room, and spacious layout in the bedrooms and main spaces. A highchair, pack-n-play and alarm on the door to the pool made it a good home for a 1.5 year old. Overall, this is the best rental by owner properly I’ve had the privilege to stay at—highly recommend!

WOW! An incredible property and host. The home is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and extremely clean. Joe did an amazing job with the renovation of this house, as well as the furniture and decor. It is so cohesive and cool. It truly feels like a vacation home, and we would stay here over and over again, if we return to San Antonio. My whole family loved this house, and the young adults were particularly impressed with Joe's attention to details (such as makeup remover wipes and shampoo, conditioner. and body wash in each shower, bathrobes in the closets, luggage racks, etc.) as well as all the amenities. The pool and spa are pristine - we used them every evening after a long day of golf and exploring, and they were perfect. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space - big closets, plenty of seating in all the rooms, lots of outdoor space and seating. Several TV's to enjoy. Lots of games - shuffleboard was an especially big hit. The location can't be beat -- very close to the airport and freeways. Do yourself a favor.... book this house, and then eat at Max and Louie's! We loved everything we tried there. My family wanted me to thank Joe for such a wonderful and fun stay. We appreciated his hospitality, clear instructions, quick communication, honesty, and the beautiful home.

Amazing property! Everything was beautifully designed, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back! The host was wonderful and responded promptly to any questions we had. We especially loved all the little details that made the stay feel extra special—USB chargers in every room, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, makeup towels, and a kitchen stocked with all the necessities needed for cooking. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. The fact that it was 15 mins from the market square was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property!
