Thank you for your review. Our cleaner did state the agistator was causing there to be a sound coming from the washer, but that the washer worked. However, we still decided to go ahead and replace the washer. If you had communicated the concern during your stay, I would have been happy to replace the washer during your stay or I would have offered you to use our other washer. I also had our cleaner inspect the recently new garbage disposal and she tried it multiple times, but was working fine for her. We will continue to monitor this issue. Thank you for the note about the cookware, we always appreciate when our guests notice those concerns.

Aqua was a great guest. She kept the house is great condition! It was a pleasure hosting her. Would be happy to host her and her group again!

Starting with the pictures you shared. If the property was that disgusting, surely the floor molding in the pictures you posted would be filled with dirt but they are clean. The ruffle in the carpet at the top of the stairs is visible in the picture that is in the listing of the top of the stairs looking at the workstation and loft area. The door handle that you posted leads to the laundry area and has some fading on it that is due to a child safety door knob cover that can also be seen in the listing picture of the kitchen that points down to the laundry room and half bath. What your review does not show is evidence that the beds, bathroom, kitchen and furniture were "filthy". If this were the case, why did we not receive any communication from you about this? We definitely would have addressed this situation because such circumstances would be unacceptable on our part as well. But there is no evidence of a filthy environment. This is a completely false accusation you are stating. Scuff marks on walls, especially on stairs, is most likely a result from luggage but in no way signs of dirt or filth. You also stated that you would have found another place to stay if you weren't so exhausted. There is a hotel located 12 minutes from the property which is probably shorter than the time it took you hunting around trying to find every dent and Mark in the house. Having lived at the property for 7 years, I know these pictures were all taken at sunset which confirms you walked into the house looking for the smallest issue to complain about. Any communication from you about these issues would have been greatly appreciated at the time and not waiting 3 1/2 weeks after your stay to share. We want the best for all of our guests and I think that can be seen through all of our other reviews prior and post your stay. We wish you the best and hope you find what you are searching for!
