I also appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for future guests. The exterior photos referenced in the listing are of our sister property, where amenities such as the pool are located. While your review states the sister building is "two blocks away," it is actually adjacent to our building. We have since updated the listing to make this even clearer and to include additional exterior photos of the building where the suite is located. Regarding the pool, access is provided via a building-issued key fob. At the time of your stay, the building's access policy limited how these fobs could be provided to short-term guests. We continuously work with building management to ensure our listings accurately reflect available amenities and access procedures. We value all guest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve transparency so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

I do want to clarify that our listing includes photos of the actual unit entrance, as well as notes regarding access to amenities. The pool and shared spaces are located in a nearby sister building, as outlined in the listing and check-in instructions. That said, I understand how important those amenities were to your stay and regret any frustration caused. Regarding your safety concern, I take matters like this very seriously. The situation involving someone accessing the patio area appears to be related to a scam page that had copied our listing without authorization. This was completely outside of our control, and it has since been reported and removed. While I absolutely understand your concern, the unit itself cannot be accessed without the key from the lockbox, which is why we strongly encourage all guests to ensure all doors are securely locked at all times. I will also continue reviewing this to ensure everything remains safe and secure for future guests.
