Welcome to Manasota Shores Tides, a waterfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium on beautiful Manasota Key. Perfect for extended stays, this retreat offers comfort, convenience, and access to some of Florida’s most stunning beaches.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Step outside and enjoy the community amenities: relax by the pool, fish or watch sunsets from the private pier with seating, or launch a kayak or paddleboard from the boat ramp. Beach towels and gear are provided so you can make the most of your time on the sand and water.
Location
Englewood Beach is just half a mile away, offering boardwalks, volleyball courts, and beach facilities. Blind Pass Beach and Stump Pass Beach State Park are a few minutes south, ideal for shelling, shark tooth hunting, kayaking, and spotting dolphins and manatees. Local favorites such as Lock ‘N Key, SandBar Tiki & Grille, and White Elephant Pub are all nearby. For a romantic evening, Magnolia’s on the Bay and Waverly Restaurant & Bar provide beautiful waterfront dining.
Historic Dearborn Street in Englewood offers shopping, art galleries, and seasonal farmers markets. Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities
The primary renter must be at least 18 years old.
Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. In these cases:

Age restrictions may apply to primary renters and additional occupants
HOA approval or age verification may be required
