You'll see dolphins swimming by and other wildlife, maybe even a manatee.

This property is non-smoking - not smoking on the deck, at the ground floor seating area or on the private beach. The property line extends to the high-water mark on the beach. If you or a member of your party is a smoker, this property is not for you.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are 'open concept' with a vaulted ceiling, increasing the spaciousness of the rooms. The living room has leather couches and a lounge chair, seating for at least 7 people. On the wall is a curved TV with cable channels, and of course free Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large wooden table with seating for 6, above is a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, all appliances are brand-new, including a stackable washer & dryer.

The bedding is king-size in the master suite with a walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, the next has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed above it. The guest bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.

The property is located near the south end of Manasota Key, close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park.
