Private Beachfront & Natural Beauty
One of the property's most special features is its private Gulf-front beach. The property extends to the high-water mark, giving you an incredible front-row seat to the natural beauty of Manasota Key. The area is also known for nesting sea turtles, making this a truly special destination for nature lovers.
The home is located near the southern end of Manasota Key, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close enough to walk to Stump Pass State Park, where you can explore nature trails, enjoy the waterfront, and experience even more of the island's natural beauty.

The main living area features an inviting open-concept design with soaring vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The comfortable living room is furnished with leather sofas and a lounge chair, providing seating for at least seven guests. Relax after a day at the beach while enjoying the curved television with cable channels, or simply sit back and take in the incredible Gulf views.
The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for six beneath an elegant chandelier, creating a wonderful setting for family meals, conversation, and evening dinners.

The beautifully appointed kitchen combines style and functionality with granite countertops and modern appliances. A stackable washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the home.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Private Baths
The spacious primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed, walk-in closet, television, and private ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom features a queen bed with a twin bunk above it—perfect for families traveling with children or additional guests.
A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Important Property Information
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony/deck, ground-floor seating area, or private beach. Because the property line extends to the high-water mark, there is no designated smoking area on the beach or property.
If you or anyone in your traveling party smokes, this property is not an appropriate rental for your group.

Please Note: The Manasota Key area is currently undergoing major restoration. Guests should expect ongoing restoration activity in the area during their stay.
