We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable! Please review the following house and community rules before your arrival:

General

No smoking inside the condo or anywhere on Palm Manor property

No pets (service and ESA animals only, per law)

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Condo Use

Please do not hang towels or laundry on balconies or railings

BBQ grills are not permitted in the unit, on the balcony, or lanai (use only designated community BBQ areas)

Keep doors and windows closed when A/C is running

Pool & Amenities

Pool hours: 8 AM – dusk

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or clubhouse

No reserving pool chairs or tables by leaving towels/items unattended

Use of the clubhouse, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard, and bocce is first come, first served

Parking

Park only in your assigned space (#4-202) or designated guest parking

No trailers, RVs, boats, or loud motorcycles in common areas

Safety & Courtesy

Please supervise children at all times

Dispose of trash in designated receptacles (no bags outside the unit)

Respect neighbors and fellow guests—Palm Manor is a residential community

Checkout

Place used towels in the bathroom

Run the dishwasher if used

Remove trash before departure

Lock all doors & windows, return keys/passes
