** NOTE - DU 15 DÉCEMBRE AU 30 AVRIL, CET APPAREIL EST 2 CHAMBRES, 1 SALLE DE BAIN ET N'INCLUT PAS DE PASSERELLE SÉCURISÉE ** Charmante maison située dans une rue calme avec une cour clôturée surdimensionnée. Cette unité fraîchement peinte offre un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle, avec de beaux sols en terrazzo. Cuisine mise à jour avec de nouvelles armoires et appareils, y compris lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes intégré. Comprend Wifi et câble HD dans la chambre 1 et le salon. Situé à un pâté de maisons de la côte intérieure et à 1 mile de la rampe de bateau et du ferry du quartier qui offre un transport gratuit vers la plage privée. Seulement 3,5 km de Manasota Key et moins de 16 km de Casey Key. Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus, sous réserve de l'approbation de la compagnie d'assurance. Comprend un pass pour le ferry vers la plage privée (voir le site Web de South Civic Association Southvenicebeach. Org pour plus de détails). La location comprend également l'utilisation de 4 vélos. Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for my husband, daughter, and I. It’s located within 20 minutes of 3-4 beaches, which made it perfect driving distance to see all of them. Laura is very responsive and great to communicate with !

Great Location!

We loved staying close enough to our favorite beach (Blind Pass) yet we were also super close to all of my favorite stores and restaurants. Easy access to everything. Was a nice place for a quick getaway.

Convenient to all the best spots!

The house is very clean. The location close to Venice and all the nearby beaches. We had a great stay over Labor Day. The yard was great for our dog. Overall wonderful stay.

Great stay!

We arrived in the middle of the night and the owner left the porch light on for us. They also answered our call when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed to make home cooked meals. Water pressure was good and furniture, including beds, were comfortable. The location was a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. I mentioned to the owner that my daughter wanted me to bring home a coconut and they gave me one. They really went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Escaping the cold

The property owner is a tremendous host. Goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as nice as advertised. Beds are comfortable, the home is clean, and the location is close to many nice beaches.

Clean and Convenient Location!

Clean and nicely decorated interior! Beds were very comfortable!! Owner lives in attached apartment. Curb appeal was a bit lacking. We enjoyed our two week stay!

Venice Beach Stay

This property was pretty much as described. Home was very clean and check in was a breeze, the only issue we had were the ants, but that is an easy fix. Also, there is no control of the AC, it is not allowed to go below 74 degrees which in the summer is makes it a little warm.. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet location

Had no Wi-Fi was the only problem. The area was nice, my dogs enjoyed the yard to play. Able to hand up my dive gear to dry for the next day. The owner was very nice.

Exceptional host

We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, well equipped, great location, etc. Our host, Laura was a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this property to my family and friends. We definitely hope to return in 2024. Thank you, Laura, for making our stay the best we could have ever hoped for.

Excellent location near the beach and loved the Ferry!

This home is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath (not 2 bath) home with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful stay. So close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the bike paths and used the Ferry to the private beach of S. Venice..found sharks teeth, and enjoyed fabulous sunsets...Owners are super and very responsive to any minor issue that came up! Plenty of beach chairs, bikes and sand sifters to use...Can't wait to come back next year! Thanks!!

Easy Check in, Very Clean, perfect for small family.

The property was clean but the grass was very long especially in the back yard. The indoor areas were very clean as well. It's well maintained. We had some issues with the TV in the bedroom not functioning properly (not turning on manually & remotes not working). That was basically the only problem we had. It was very comfortable and accurate to listing description. Overall very happy with our stay. Thanks

Had a few issues with the stay.

The first morning that we woke up they had begun construction on the house. The front pergola was taken down & they jack hammered the sidewalk & porch on the front of the house. Also when we arrive the owner had a cat & she told me that the pervious tenant loved her cats & they would let her cat come in the house. That was a huge problem for us since my husband is allergic to cats. He had to take medication the whole time we were there. Have always enjoyed our stays at VRBO's but this was not the greatest.

Home away from home (literally)

My mom lost her house during Hurricane Ian and we could only find a hotel room in Tampa, and only for 4 nights. There was no availability anywhere and many areas still had no power. I was starting to come to terms with sleeping in the lanai of her flooded house when Laura messaged me that her rental just got power back and we were welcome to it. The house is very comfortable and absolutely felt like home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, parking was very convenient, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to settle in for 10 days. The ability to have a hot home-cooked meal in our cozy place was so critical during that traumatic time. We had plenty of space, access to a washer and dryer, strong wifi, and peace and quiet. Laura came out to meet us when we arrived and she was so gracious. I can't say enough good things about this owner or this place.

We reside in MD most of the year but love to escape to our home in S Venice as often as possible. One day, we hope to retire here. For now, we enjoy sharing our home with people from all over the world. We have been so humbled by all of the wonderful things our guests have said about our home and hope that each one has a special time with their family and friends, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Our lot has an over sized yard with plenty of room for pets and kids to run and play. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Your comfort and satisfaction is extremely important to us. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable environment that you will want to come back to. We would rather be in our Venice home than anywhere on earth and hope you will enjoy it too.

We love our oversized yard - plenty of room for tropical fruits and perfect for our dogs to run and play. For less than the cost of a small room at the local motel, you can enjoy all the benefits of home.
