Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present the entire stay. No smoking in the property. No pets allowed. Please be careful on the ladder to the loft, climb up and down slowly. It is easiest to face the ladder to go up and down. Guests using the ladder access to the loft do so at their own risk, the owner or property manager are not liable for any accident or injury.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).
