Great location and easy access to beach!

Location is great!! Check in super easy with app. Some minor issues with unit and some deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed, outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

PERFECT LOCATION!

We absolutely loved it here! The views are breathtaking! We watched dolphins out the window, every morning at breakfast. Perfect location and was incredibly quiet! Had every kitchen item you could possibly need, which was helpful as we cooked there every night.

Incredible view, access to beach.

This condo greeted us with an incredible view. The beach and pool was steps away which was perfect with a toddler in tow. Lots of towels, hand soaps etc. and plenty of space! The area is close to historic St. Augustine and abundant seafood.

July 4th week at Crescent Beach

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. Steps to the beach or pool, and being on the yard level was great with young kiddos. Great view of the ocean, tortoise visits every day, sometimes a bunny in the yard. The fireworks on the beach were the best ever—done by fellow vacationers. We definitely want to return !

Love ground floor

We loved location on ground floor and to the beach The condo is infested with roaches. Kitchen counters, drawers, dishwasher
we felt so nasty. Didn’t even want to eat our food. It must be a major problem because if you see that many roaches then they are already out of control

Disastrous experience

This property did not have a working air conditioning unit. We arrived on Saturday, and I reported the problem to Vacasa. We got no help from them on Saturday, and we slept in a unit that was 84° On Sunday, I insisted on having a person call me, after which they contacted the local contact, who knew nothing about it, and she was unable to get it fixed on Sunday Because they couldn’t get the air conditioning repairman access to the roof. They brought portable air conditioning units for the bedrooms, but there was nothing for the kitchen and common area for our family vacation. On Monday, same story, they did not get access to the roof for the repair man and we still had no air conditioning. On Tuesday at 3 o’clock, still no air conditioning, I called it quits, and we found another place to stay. It would be really nice if someone from VRBO would reach out to me about my experience. Beautiful beach and views.. but, infested with cockroaches

The location, views and beach access is amazing. Property had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, towels and a cooler bag available onsite. At first glance the condo seemed pretty clean and well kept but as we settled in more we found that the walls in high traffic areas are filthy, the living room rug was filthy, the doors on the backside were filthy. Than
 the cockroaches started welcoming us, in the kitchen and bathroom floors, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers, walls in the bathroom. Roaches of all sizes, small med and little tiny babies, not just a couple here and there, but lots of them.. texted customer service, sent pictures of our additional house guest as they requested. The next day late afternoon someone came to spray which was great, but didn’t really solve anything during our stay, increased activity if anything else
 so gross. That evening we went to shower and found that the master shower wouldn’t drain.. 30mins after the shower there was still 1/2” standing water in the shower. Reported that to customer service as well along with pictures at their request and on Sunday the day before we left to go home someone finally came to clear the drain so that it would drain properly. There is a water damage in the ceiling of the living room that is constantly dropping sheet rock dust on the table and couch that sits right below it.. Needless to say we won’t stay in this unit ever again.
