Beachwood Residence Nestled in a Canopy of Oak Trees

Come visit and stay with us in this gated island paradise. The location of this clean, safe, and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Wood Residence is nestled in the oak trees between the Atlantic Ocean and a golf course. It is a very popular location in the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation. Sitting on the private balcony, you will enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the natural preserve environment. We call it the “treehouse.” You can take the pathway to the beach or a trail to the Omni Resort, walk to the marketplace to enjoy the many available activities, or rent a golf cart or bikes and go exploring. Golfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, nature trails, and the Hidden Forest are right at your fingertips on the island. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and set across the marsh.

This Beachwood Residence is full of great amenities that include a large living room with comfortable reclining club chairs and a dining area for six. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, a larger flatscreen smart TV in each of the three rooms ready to stream your favorite shows, and free high-speed WiFi. The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their very best during your stay. Don't forget to visit the shared pool for a nice swim with friends. Take the short drive to the exciting downtown Fernandina Beach offering fine dining, entertainment, and a unique shopping experience. Our stay in this condominium at Amelia Island Plantation was perfect. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay in this unit again with no hesitation.

Wonderful trip with excellent amenities

The condo was very nice and met all of our needs. An added bonus is the Omni shuttle bus that will pick you up in your parking lot and take you anywhere on property.

Reviewer Comments: When we first walked into our villa I was very happy that it appeared and smelled clean. The location was great because we were walking distance to the beach and our drive to stores, park and downtown wasn't far. The only issue I had were the air vents were dirty and seeing ants & spiders. I do understand it's hot and we were near lots of trees so we were going to see ants & spiders. At least we didn't see many. However the air vents I recommend they get cleaned.
