Lovely stay

Very nice stay on Omni property. The condo was spacious and great separation between two bedrooms for multiple families to be comfortable.

Don't Hesitate... The best place on Amelia for a Family

There is so much to do in Fernandina and on Amelia Island. This place and it's location are perfect for everything you want and a wonderful looking place for families and friends.

Fantastic Staycation!

Great accommodations for a friend’s wedding weekend that was on property. Very clean and spacious enough for 6 of us to ready ourselves for all the festivities!

Came here for a conference, and our Villa was better than we were expecting. FOR REAL. Everything super clean, any issue we had resolved immediately. Wifi pretty good, had to turn in some assignments and others were on work calls and no issues. overall location very tropical, your tucked away in this small corner of Jacksonville. Only con food options are lackingggg/extremely expensive. I would stop by the grocery store and stock up, kitchen had everything you need to make a nice meal.

Wonderful time on Amelia Island

The condo was lovely, in a great location, and private. It was clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The only con was the dishwasher which didn’t clean the dishes at all. Otherwise we’d definitely rent here again.

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful! Extremely clean, high quality furniture, linens, and the kitchen had all the necessitys to cook each night. Our family of 5 really felt at home for the week. Pool and parking is close and shaded. The shaded walk to the beach is short. Very close to Omni Shops and we love that the community is gated. Most definitely will stay in this condo again. 4th trip to Amelia and this place was the best thus far. Easy check out procedure as well.

The condo was very pleasant, clean, charming and perfectly located. We were hoping for an iron. The master bathroom sink was severely clogged. It instantly filled completely up and the water just sat there. They were on it immediately and it ran much better. Still slow. We opened the entry closet to look for an iron and all kinds of beach gear fell out onto the floor and there was sand everywhere. We weren't allowed to use the pool. It was very quiet and furnished nicely. Great hot water showers. Would most certainly stay there again.

Excellent!

We have stayed on the Omni property, so we knew we wanted to return. This condo didn’t disappoint. The decor was lovely, it was clean & family friendly with the bunk beds. We had everything we needed including Netflix, towels, tissues, tp and all the necessary kitchen equipment. There was even laundry soap! The master bedroom mattress was VERY firm, but that wouldn’t keep us from returning. It was a very clean and centrally located property, and we were very happy guests. Thank you!

Great location

Great location to everything! The beach is very close but it is a longer boardwalk area. Pool is very quiet. Clean and had the basics as far as supplies. Only issue we had was that we were ready to check in at 4 and was messaged that the room was not yet ready. We waited 20-25 minutes for them to finish cleaning. Management was quick to respond with concerns/needs. Asked for compensation for this and have still not heard back. Overall great stay and easy communication! Would stay again:)

2029 Condo

Condo was nice and would stay at this location again. My only complaint was and is the beach chair description. When we arrived and located the beach chairs we were disappointed to only find 2 for a condo that sleeps 5. We didn’t have enough chairs for our family of 5. Umbrella was also broken.
