Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location to beach, shops and pool. Very nice to bring our dogs who loved the walks on the beach!

Great spot for the family and the pups

Great location and condo. We loved the shaded paths for long walks, and the large, quiet shaded pool. The beach is wonderful and a very short walk away with lots of shade and no traffic along the way. Yes, we loved the Live Oaks 😊

Excellent property

Great property and communication. The little touches, like a boutique dog treat for our pup and helpful, cute instructions/tips, made us feel so welcome. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Accomodations

We booked for a last minute trip to visit our family on the Island and 2017 Beachwood did not disappoint. Great layout and well stocked. Very clean. Close to pool and beach access. Wonderful walking trails! We ate at the Falcon's Nest inside the property one night and it was wonderful. Unless you need groceries there's really no reason to leave the property.

This was our first time hearing about any TV issues and our maintenance team was easily able to troubleshoot to get a new code and update the TVs right away once we read this. In the future, please don't hesitate to let us know about any surprises because our team can get issues addressed for you right away. We are happy to see that overall you still had fun!

I can not begin to explain how amazing this Villa is! It is a perfect location to everything and has plenty of room and is very clean. It was the first vacation I was able to take all 4 of my kids on with just me and they all had the best time! The pools were beautiful and very close to the Villa. Check-in and check-out was very easy. All the staff at Destination Amelia were fantastic and made this the dream vacation I always wanted for me and my kids. We wi be back very soon! Thank you for everything!
