Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! Sea Dunes Community is doing some construction on the exterior of the building from now until the end of September. That includes some heavy equipment on site at times, stucco repairs on arches and painting. There is some repair work also being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open.
