This brand new and gorgeous Beach Walker condo is perfect for families and groups of friends! As soon as you enter you will notice its modern and coastal decor throughout. Enjoy all the comforts it has to offer: a private balcony overlooking the lush canopy, a well-equipped kitchen, large TVs in all bedrooms and living room; high-speed WiFi; and a private washer/dryer. Relax on the beach or by the community pool!

Both bottom-floor king bedrooms have bathrooms attached with walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with desks which offer a nice workspace if needed. The WiFi speed in this condo are capable of handling streaming and multiple devices at a time.

Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the beginning of June.
This condo has a premium package cable TV services.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Group getaway

The property was beautiful and spacious! Great location right on the beach with a pool on the property! The owners instructions were helpful and made check in/ check out process very easy! We definitely recommend this stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was spotless and the pool and beach were wonderful for the kids to play at. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the worst place we have stayed at and we used this service often. The first condo had nice amenities but a sewer problem the management Casago knew about but sent us anyway. After the shower started filling up with sewage and wasting a half day tracking them down we moved condos to a 3/2 from a 4/3 because they didn’t have another one. One of the showers there was essentially one use and wait for hours! No follow up by management. After the stay for our daughter’s wedding they did give us one night’s cost back but not the fees or taxes! I will never stay in a property they manage. Our original condo had been managed by another group but changed after we booked. My feeling is they or vrbo should have refunded at least a full 1/4 of cost and also checked on us to see if the new place was satisfactory! Oh and the new place had to have someone come replace battery in door lock! Stay far away from Casago properties!

Nice condo- recently redone. No view but good location. Pool very nice but not heated.

Great family spot! You don’t have access to all Omni amenities but can do plenty . Bike riding throughout the property is a blast with all of the paved paths!

Our experience with the property was great. The location was wonderful. The newly renovated condo was beautiful and comfortable. Our only small issue was the kitchen was missing a knife and cutting board. We would be happy to return again in the future.

Great location, newly renovated, clean and cozy

This property is very well situated in the Plantation. A one minute walk to the beach and short bike ride to the Omni amenities. You can rent bikes and golf carts from Amelia's Wheels located in the resort area. Great food at the many options available through the Omni as well. Overall, a great rental that I would highly recommend.

Amelia Island Getaway

Beautiful condo, but was not clean upon arrival. The management was very prompt in their response and took care of it immediately. Unit was spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1109 BeachWalker.

Nicely updated unit

Unit was tastefully updated. Beds were comfortable and location was great! I would suggest adding a Keurig and some drinking glasses. I ended up buying some wine glasses and solo cups as there were only plastic wine glasses and coffee mugs available for drinking.

The condo was nicely renovated. Housekeeping could have done a better job but other then that it was nice. On a side note, if you don't have a millenial or younger person staying with you, good luck figuring out how to use the t.v.s. That was frustrating as it seems to have all been app driven.....

Nice Family Vacation

Condo was very nice and clean and the air worked great! It does have stairs so not ideal for elderly guests but it worked well for our group of 9. The only negatives we found were that the 2 bedrooms containing one full/one twin beds did not have any lights other than a very small lamp that did not put out adequate lighting. We also could not figure out the dishwasher, I’m not sure if it didn’t work or if we just didn’t know how to use it. Overall we had a nice stay and the condo and surrounding property were very nice!

Loved our visit! Had a great time!

Great property!!! A few complaints but would definitely stay here again. Need mirrors in all bedrooms to help with getting ready. It was 2 king but other 2 were doubles. It would be great I have more comfortable seating in the living room to accommodate 8-10 people. Kitchen needed pot holders. Overall though I gave it a 10 because these things didn’t keep us from having a bad time.

Space was great for a bunch of women. Nice open floor plan on the main level for gathering. Lots of stairs and levels which wasn’t as noticeable in the listing photos. Called about non-working ice maker and never got it going.

Very Nice Stay with a Couple of Minor Issues

This is a great place for a large group to stay. Easily sleeps two couples plus four kids. It also has three bathrooms. The kitchen and living space was very efficient for a large group as well. We had two minor issues: Bathroom counter space was non-existant and made it hard for two people. Also, there was no bathroom ventilation which made the bathrooms very steamy/moist almost all the time. Our second issue was with clothing storage. There was very little drawer space and not a lot of long hanging space. But overall a very nice stay. Super close to the beach and Omni and a great pool. We would stay again.

Beautiful location

This is a beautiful location, and a clean and pleasant property. There could have been more supplies- there were only 3 beach towels for 6 of us (we bought more), no bottle opener, a tiny bottle of dish soap, and no garbage can in one of the bathrooms. Also, the dishwasher was broken. The property manager informed us that the part had been ordered, and it was a bummer that it was broken. However, we had gorgeous weather and enjoyed the beautiful beach every day.

Our only issues were that work was still being done to the unit at check in time which required us to wait. We could not get hot water consitantly for showers, and there was no filtered water. The tap water was undrinkable, so we had to go buy bottles for our stay.
