This gorgeous four-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo located within the desirable Omni Amelia Island Plantation offers everything you need for a perfect family vacation.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a beautiful and well-decorated space leaving no room left behind. Every piece of furniture is brand new! The main living area is open to the private balcony, dining and kitchen. There is ample seating with two sofas and two chairs along with a large flat-screen TV with online streaming options through YouTube TV and of course high-speed internet!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances in addition to a toaster, blender, crock pot, and Keurig coffee maker (it makes cappuccinos!)
The entire family can gather around the oversized dining table for dinner, breakfast, or even games as it can sit eight easily.
All four of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, dressers, and closets. There are three King beds and one room with two Twin beds. The three bathrooms are located on the same levels as the bedrooms.
Please note there are three sets of small stairs that separate each level. Upon entering the unit there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, the next level down is the main living area, and the other two levels are the bedrooms.
While staying here you have full access to the NEWLY renovated pool, grilling area, oceanfront cabanas, and designated boardwalk that leads straight to the beach. Guests can also enjoy over seven miles of walking and bike trails to explore, the Omni shops, restaurants, and even the Spa. The Omni is private and monitored by the front gate security team to ensure you feel safe at all times.
For you convenience beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided in addition to fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1) , trash bags (2), and a sponge.)
