âą NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
âą PARKING: Limited to 2 vehicles. Street parking is never permitted.
âą DISCLOSURES: One exterior security camera is aimed at the front walkway and parking area. The home is equipped with an Electric Bear Wire Deterrent System that must be disarmed before entry and armed before leaving the home for more than 15 minutes.
- The patio and grill are only available during the Summer season. - Firewood is not provided.
The 4 bedroom/ 2 bath family cabin with updates is now available for all to enjoy! This home is a member of the Tahoe Swiss Village HOA, which includes access to a private beach and pier, just a short walk away, and an option for buoy rental.
Inside the 2 story home, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms, the 2nd full bathroom, laundry area, living and kitchen areas and 2 access points to the wrap around deck on the lower level. The deck provides ample room to gather, grill, dine and take in the surrounding nature. Head back inside to choose from an array of entertainment options, from Cable TV, books, games, puzzles, movies, and more games. End the night with a true cabin experience - getting toasty by the freestanding wood stove!
The fully stocked, remodeled, and open kitchen with breakfast bar has seating for 5, gorgeous countertops and a big, single country style sink. Grab one of the mixers to make a morning smoothie, a K-Pod for a quick cup of joe, or whip up your own tasty treat in the ice cream maker.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled to create a natural feeling with tiles resembling distressed wood and rock-shaped tiles along the floors and wall accents. The bathroom on the lower level also houses extra towels and the laundry machines.
The primary bedroom on the ground level faces the front yard and includes a king-sized bed. The second bedroom on this level offers a queen-sized bed and faces the backyard.
Upstairs, both rooms have a 3 level bunk bed with stairs that double as storage boxes. They both share the shower/tub combination bathroom but the front facing bedroom includes a flat screen TV and a comfy recliner.
During the Summer months, enjoy the large wrap around porch complete with ample seating, a handmade picnic table and a large Weber grill. Once the snow falls, this area is unfortunately off limits so enjoy it while you can!
