An ideal fit for a 5-6 person family or a cluster of friends looking to stay together. It has spectacular views outlooking the ENTIRE Waikiki neighborhood. It offers 2 queen beds and a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a full-sized bed. Located at the prestigious Island Colony, you`ll have convenient access to shops, restaurants and much more! With its excellent amenities, comfortable accommodations and prime location, this unit will certainly make your visit to Hawaii unforgettable!

We always make sure that you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. We maintained the cleanliness of the unit and sanitized with professional grade cleaning solutions prior to your arrival.
Youâll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor.
We share facilities with the Island Colony Hotel, and they also help us handle check-in and checkouts, as well as lost keys. You`ll have access to the pool and jacuzzi on the 6th floor and if you`d like access to the gym, it costs $5/guest for your stay and you`ll have to sign a waiver during check-in.
Pool & Jacuzzi (Opening hours: 7 am - 9 pm)
Gym (Hours: 6am - 8pm)
This property is within walking distance to the beach, which is about a 5-minute walk or 2 city blocks away. It is located right next to the International Market Place (IMP) shopping center as well as many great eats.
Parking is available from the hotel at $40/day and the day starts when you drive in. Parking area has a height limit of 6 ft 2 inches.
Should you need any help with some, please feel free to contact me on Airbnb or by text/phone call. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip
This unit is located in the middle of Waikiki, steps from the International Marketplace shopping center. There is lots to eat and the beach is very close. Only a 5 minutes walk away.
Everywhere in Waikiki is within walking distance. You can arrive at the beach within 5 minutes walk. For parking, our building offers a paid parking rate of $40 per 24 hours, the 24 hours start when you enter.
We are now renting our very own car through Turo for our guests! I have two cars currently please take a look or message me about them. I also have a moped for rent if you are more adventurous in exploring the island!

We do the registration process prior to your arrival for smooth check-in. We have front desk available 24/7 for check-in.

Our condo is part of a hotel, and although we share facilities with the hotel, the front desk is just for check in and checkouts, should you need anything please contact the host who can help you with questions and concerns.
We cannot Guarantee the amenities such as the pool and Jacuzzi will always be open throughout the year (although they usually are). Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances out of our control that will cause those features to be shut down. However we anticipate the facilities to be operational for at least 90+% of the year
Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is our of my control. I hope you can understand in these very rare instances.
