The Space:

Welcome to Whispering Pines, a spacious family home designed for comfort. The interior features four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, a queen room, a double bed room with an air mattress, and a bunk room for children. The home includes two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area, while the cozy living room offers cable television. Outside, enjoy the garden and backyard with a barbecue grill. Guests have access to a private garage and laundry facilities.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two full and one half), the fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and the dining space. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance, free parking in the garage, and a lovely garden or backyard. Amenities such as the BBQ grill, washer and dryer (in common space), and wireless internet are available for your use. Feel free to utilize the provided essentials, bed linens, towels, and various kitchen appliances to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Whispering Pines is located in a quiet neighborhood near Iowa State University. You are within a short walk of campus and a quick drive from downtown Ames, where you can enjoy various shops and restaurants. This peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of convenience and local charm for your stay.

No pets allowed.



A LifeVac choking device is available on-site for emergencies. We’ve added this safety device to ensure an extra layer of protection for our guests, especially families with children. It’s an important part of keeping our Airbnb safe and prepared for unexpected situations.



**Basement Note:** During periods of heavy rain, a small amount of water may enter the basement. Please be aware that we are currently working on addressing this issue.
