Welcome to our family-friendly home featuring proximity to shopping, dining, and all Iowa State has to offer. This cozy home decorated in a charming Iowa theme offers 3 designer bedrooms, brand new Novaform mattresses, an outdoor basketball hoop, and a spacious back yard complete with Weber grill. Enjoy a gas fireplace, lower-level theater area with 75” TV, kids' play room, and a fully-stocked kitchen. No matter what brings you to Ames, we would be delighted to have you as our guests!

Great property in Ames

Everything was great. Kiley had everything you could need, it's like staying at your own house. They even shoveled the driveway every day, as it snowed each day we were there.Location is less than 10 minutes from ISU.If we need a place in Ames in the future, we will hope to stay here again.

Weekend trip to Ames

We stayed at this property during a 4 day weekend in Ames. Everything was perfect! The property is decorated so nicely, and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anywhere in Ames. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home. Great for families! We are planning to stay here again!

Above Expectations!

Our stay was perfect despite a blizzard!!. Kiley was very helpful at all times, she was straightforward and clear regarding a couple of nuances, both of which were very minor items.The home was better in person than the pictures. We all marveled how the property was more inviting and functional than the picture depicted. We all would definitely recommend this home for our/your next Ames trip!

Pleasent location in Ames,IA

Very clean and spacious property. Very affordable for our family of 5 compared to 3 rooms for 2 nights in a hotel. It was nice to have as all together and to ourselves.

Amazing stay close to ISU campus

We stayed here for ISU family weekend. We brought our daughter’s grandparents with and our mini dachshund as it is pet friendly. The home was spacious and impeccably clean. We all felt incredibly comfortable which led to our daughter staying with us for our two-night reservation. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all local amenities and the university. We highly recommend this property and plan on booking again in the near future.

A GREAT place to stay with kids!

This home is wonderful! There are toys and a playroom for little kids (my grandkids were very entertained), plus an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The host provided olive oil, spices, salt and pepper——items that are needed but often forgotten when going to a rental home. The home is VERY clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable with new linens and pillows. The host communicates very promptly and was very helpful. I recommend this house 100%.

Comfy Home for Family

This home is nicely decorated, and worked perfect for family to visit college student in Ames. We had space to relax, cook a meal and hang out/game. The hosts have thought of everything and provided good instructions. I needed to light a birthday candle and wondered if I'd find a light. First drawer in the kitchen I looked in... included matches and lighters. Needed to plug in my phone at night and looked by my side of the bed... an extension cord was right there making an outlet handy. Relaxing in the living room .. lap blankets available to cozy up nearby.

Exceeds expectations!

Our gracious host provided excellent communication and instructions for this lovely home. The property was extremely well stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. We loved the yard and the “bonus” areas of the house too. We found everything we needed, particularly in the kitchen. Looking forward to another stay at this wonderful property!

Great place to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay in Ames. Everything about the house was great. The rooms had plenty of space, beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The house was well supplied with appliances, dishwater, even coffee, napkins and ice. We have stayed in Ames before, but would definitely return here if we visit again. Thank you Kiley and Matt!

Charming/Comfortable/ Clean Home

We loved our stay at this home! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 5. Kiley has decorated this home with such charm and thought of everything, right down to have kid bowls, plates, and silverware. Our 11 yr old loved having time to herself in the basement lounging on the comfy couch. Communication with Kiley was great! We’ll definitely stay here for our future visits.

When you visit your kids at college- they still want the comforts of home. This house was perfect for being able to spend quality time in a comfy home. It was wonderful for two families to visit two kids at Iowa State and bring siblings in tow. Can’t wait to book again!

Best Vrbo rental ever!

This is by far one of the cleanest most well appointed rentals I have ever stayed at. I came to Ames to visit my daughter who is a student at iowa state with my mom. We each slept very well in the 3 bedrooms with super comfy beds. The house has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and out! And is decorated so well! Great quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. I hope to book Kiley’s place again in the future!

Gals Weekend

Perfect house for 4 moms to come up and visit their ISU daughters for Gals Weekend. Plenty of room, very comfortable accommodations and beds. Kitchen was extremely well stocked...many nice touches! Shampoo, conditioner, local coffee, paper items...just to mention a few! We enjoyed a movie downstairs and it was comfortable and fun. There is a great yard and deck which was snow covered when we were there but looked like it would be great in warm weather. Neighborhood was nice. I will definitely try to stay here again...our daughter is a sophomore so I will definitely be making more trips! The host reached out several times to make sure everything was okay!

Wonderful Grad Weekend

We totally enjoyed our stay at Kiley’s place. Her communication before we arrived and after we got there was great. The house was totally as pictured in the listing. I was pleasantly surprised by the household supplies that were there (extra paper products, dishwasher pods, bath soap, etc). There was even extra smoke detector batteries which were needed during our stay. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable.The location was perfect for ISU graduation activities - centrally located and a coffee shop within walking distance! Would highly recommend.

Charming house in Ames

This was the perfect place to stay in Ames while visiting family. Kiley has thought of everything. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with any appliance you would ever need for a weekend getaway. She also provided snacks, coffee as well as baggies, foil etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner etc. The basement has a huge lounging sofa that is perfect for several people to watch TV all at once! We also enjoyed the huge fenced in back yard and basketball court for the children that came over to visit. This is definitely a 10/10, if you come to Ames you must stay here! Thanks Kiley for checking in on us while we were here. You are the best!!!
