Very nice outside seating if the weather is nice has a large deck and it has a nice big family room and dining room for family gatherings, basement was redone very nicely beds were just ok

Peaceful getaway

TThis place is perfect if you are traveling with a big family. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and has a great view. The house has everything you need; we felt just like we were at home.

We found the property very easily and entered the property with ease. Communication with property owner,manager was very good. We rented property for a family wedding so a majority of family could be housed together.

Great house in a great area, was there for Iowa State graduation. Quick 15 minute ride to campus. House delivered everything it said. Clean, comfortable, would rent again

Nice place for a big group

We've stayed here a couple of times and it's always a chill place for a large group. Plenty of space for all the kids to spread out.

Terrific Experience

5 adults and 2 children. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay while in Boone for a family event. Easy access to highway to go to Des Moines and Ames. Close to essential businesses in the area. Pool table, nice deck, and views of golf course. We recommend the property.

Weekend getaway

We were here for a college visit and made a nice weekend out of it. It’s not far from ISU campus and being on the golf course was a bonus. The great neighborhood, perfect weather, and wonderful location in a lovely home made for a great weekend away!

We had seven adults all over age sixty that found the residence to be a wonderful place. It was a nice layout that made it easy to have large group conversations, the bedrooms were comfortable, and everybody said they slept well, and in the bathrooms good water pressure when showering. The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful when we did have a question.Being in Boone we were concerned about getting Uber's into Ames and on Friday night that was no problem; however, on Saturday (game day) it was difficult to get an Uber, so we used a Boone taxi service and they came right out very quickly. Also, the taxi service was about the same price as using an Uber XL.We would definitely VRBO at this property again.

Great place for ISU graduation weekend

This is a perfect home for a family gathering for Iowa State graduation or football weekends. Plenty of space to spread out and areas to gather and have fun. It's only about 18 minutes to campus! Highly recommend.

Great place for a large group

We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Nice location for Iowa Sate Game!

We had 4 couples that stayed at this home for the Iowa State game. The house accommodated all of us with enough bedrooms and common space for us to sit around and visit. Big sofa and lots of chairs. The house could use some love for sure, but otherwise fit the bill for what we needed.

Bachelor party.

We brought a group of 8 for a bachelor party and this place was perfect for us. We slept everybody in the rooms, couches, and air mattresses. We really enjoyed the pool table and the outdoor deck was a hit. This place is a 10/10.

Wedding Weekend

Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our family of 12. Extra area for all our cars that traveled. We enjoyed the end of our very long day sitting on the deck with a fire. Thank you!

Ideal for larger gathering

Enjoyed the size of the house and pool table. Kitchen furnishings could be improved. Most of it was plastic and pans were heavily worn. Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed it.

This house was great for a family get together. We had 10 stay overnight and 16 for most meals. The open floorplan allowed everyone to spend time together. The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We almost didn't spend enough time there and didn't even try out the pool table.

Great place for family gathering!

Wonderful property with enough room for family to spend a long weekend. Location us great and was just down the road from my nephew's soccer game at DMACC. Host was great at answering questions and very accommodating. The pool table and fire pit were big hits and the kids made good use of the big backyard. It was nice to grill on the deck and have space to spread out. Close enough to everything you want to see in Boone but on a quiet street. Great stay!
