Brand New Cabin with Hot Tub-Walk to Bathhouse Row "The Cuckoo's Nest"

Introducing our newest cabin "The Cuckoo's Nest" It's located on Park Avenue in Uptown just a 5 minute walk to Bathhouse Row, the Hot Springs Convention Center and all the cool restaurants, bars, shops & entertainment Downtown Hot Springs has to offer. This new Hip Cabin is smack-dab in the center of everything Hot Springs is known for. Oaklawn Horse Track & Casino is just 2 miles down the road and within 5 miles of this cool crib you can be at one of several beautiful lakes, hiking trails, Magic Springs Amusement & Water Park, Garvin Woodland Gardens, Hot Springs Off Road Park, golf courses, antiquing or just relax and take in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains.
This cabin was completed in late September 2025 and is located next to one of our sister properties "The Love Nest" and directly across the street from Golden Raised Donut Shop, a local favorite! When you arrive at the Cuckoo's Nest you will love the private parking pad located directly in front of the cabin. This makes check-in and check-out a breeze!
The cabin opens to a stunning open floor plan with 20 foot sloped ceilings complete with gorgeous chandeliers, tongue & groove knotty pine as far as the eye can see and you can't help but notice our 5 foot birdcage/nightlight featuring the one and only Jack Nicholson. He is there to ensure you have a great time!
The great room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A super-comfy loveseat with ottomans, kick back and relax, you're on vacation! A HUGE 85 inch smart tv for your viewing pleasure. A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets & drawers to store all your goodies.
The spacious bathroom features a glass enclosed ceramic tile shower, toilet & vanity stocked with towels, hand towels, washcloths & make-up removers. It's just as cute as can be!
Step into the master bedroom and you will find a luxurious king bed with built-in drawers for your clothes and a couple of night stands plus a full length mirror as well as a 42 inch smart tv. It's really all you need. There is an on-suite laundry room with a stack washer/dryer and an iron & ironing board in case you need it.

Last but certainly not least, step out of your master suite onto a private covered patio where you can indulge in your very own hot tub! It's sure to be a perfect way to relax & unwind after a fun filled day of exploring our beautiful little vacation town of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
