Now allowing 1 night stays Sun - Wed. The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us.

What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

It is a lovely cabin with all of the amenities you need. Well located for sightseeing in Hot Springs. The host was very accommodating.

WOW! If there were 10 star ratings I would give this owner and property 10 stars in every category! We've stayed in a lot of Vrbo operated properties but this owner is amazing... Her communication is excellent and her hospitality is above and beyond! Every detail in this property has been considered, and when she means she wants you to enjoy your stay, she makes it all possible! The location is beautiful, the views are better than the pictures look. If I could buy that cottage tomorrow I would, exactly as it is!

Needed Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay. Krissy was an awesome host and great communicator. This lakeside cottage has a great view and is in a conveniently located area that is close to several destinations. We didn't get to take advantage of the lake on this trip, but we definitely will when we come back to stay here again.

It was perfect! Everything was as advertised and it was immaculate! Krissy was a fantastic host! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Away from all the hubbub, on Lake Hamilton, but 15 minutes to downtown.

Krissy was an amazing host and this is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay! Krissy was diligent in making sure we had all the information we needed to locate the property and you can tell she puts a lot of time and care into making sure you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The property was beyond clean and very cozy. The views of the lake are beautiful! We recommend staying here for anyone traveling to the Hot Springs area!

The property was impeccable! Check-in and communication with the host was done easily. Perfect for our honeymoon. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’ve been told not to wash dishes, to take out trash, or to strip beds! Amazing!

Million dollar view, central location to Hot Springs downtown

The property exceeded our expectations. Fantastic lake views from both the living room and the master bedroom. Bonus outdoor deck on the side of the house! The property owner has thought about everything needed, including carport parking. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our Anniversary

This cottage was just what we needed. From the beautiful lake views, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, thoughtful hostess, and a welcomed visit from the bluebird, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay.

Cute place

Well’ the place was nice and clean. The only small issue was we were traveling with another couple and the placement of the bedrooms is awkward? Both bedrooms are downstairs so one couple stayed in king room and my wife slept on bed right next to that room? I slept upstairs on couch. Great set up for family with kids but not the greatest layout for two couples. Still made the best of it and it was a nice place for one night. Owner was super nice and helpful.

This place was absolutely amazing! Very comfy beds..cottage had EVERYTHING..Super clean and the owner was very attentive and very welcoming! I have found my happy place when I visit Hot Springs!

Perfect!

We decided to stay here for a quick get away because of the excellent reviews. We only live about 30 minutes from hot springs but will be using this place more often for short get aways. It is as described. Clean, cozy, easy access to everything in Hot Springs. The owner goes above and beyond with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Great Get Away

The cottage was perfect for an adult get away weekend. Right on the lake with great views. The host was the best host I've had staying at a VRBO. She made it a great stay, we will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. It provided comfort and relaxation, as well as spectacular views of Lake Hamilton from both levels. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating, the grounds were well kept, our time spent there was very relaxing. We weren't there for the tourist spots; however, the location is well situated for families to enjoy the sights. We definitely plan to return.

Book it!!

STOP searching and book this cozy peaceful cottage with a beautiful view! You will not be disappointed. The host has gone out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need. We were recently here for Thanksgiving. The host even gave us plenty of options of where we could dine out Thanksgiving. Great location. I would absolutely come back here to stay!

A cottage built in the 1940's that still possesses the charm of the era with a few updates to make your time there a little more enjoyable. It's a small square footage packing a lot of great space to relax and unwind. It's located in a quiet, older complex on "cottage row." View the stars from the deck, listen to the crickets or just admire the calm waters! It's a great place to recharge your mental health and breath!
