This review is not accurate in any regard. First, the electronic keypad does work, as it is designed to and per the instructions that were sent prior to arrival. The person that was on site helps manage many units and each lock is different. He went to look up the instructions (which had been emailed) to make sure he was demonstrating the lock correctly. By the time he walked to his truck and back they had figured out how to get in and no longer needed assistance. I have emailed and requested the pictures, but have not received a response. We use various professional cleaning people and have never had this type of complaint at any of our units. No one ever contacted us regarding any issues until after departure. The unit does not advertise WiFi, however we did accommodate their request by granting access to the private WiFi at the restaurant. Again, once the information was sent over, (the password), we never heard another word, so assumed it was no problem. No where in our listing does it say there is use of boat docks. It does specifically state there is only parking on site for 1 vehicle. The post also clearly states it is next to and on the same property as Sam's Pizza Pub. This is not a "late night" place and closes at 10pm on weekends. As far as kids swimming in the lake due to debris, that issue will need to be take up with Entergy that controls the lake. They did not mention that they brought 2 small dogs with them, and left waste all over the property. There was never any discussion of pets, nor was the pet fee paid. I always ask each renter to read the listing before booking. All of the details are in our listing.

This is absolutely not true. The pictures are an exact depiction of the property. As I understand it, because you could not wait 10 minutes for me to get to the property, the problem was the cottage was too small. I am not sure what you were expecting for a 1 bedroom 1 bath that is called a cottage, but if you expected more than 1,000 sq. ft. you are delusional. It is sad that in this day we live in, BS like this can happen and you not even give the owner, who relies on the income and future bookings to survive, 10 minutes to discuss this face to face, but rater leave an absolutely untrue review. If this was the fact, that the unit was not as pictured, you could file a complaint with VRBO and they would investigate and if found it to be true, remove the property and remove me from listing any properties in the future. Thank you for being a complete waste of Oxygen on this planet.
