Notre spacieuse villa familiale dispose de 3500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie de luxe avec 6 chambres et 4 salles de bains pouvant accueillir 16 personnes confortablement. Notre piscine orientée plein sud avec jacuzzi et terrasse couverte est parfaite pour regarder le coucher du soleil, regarder votre programme de télévision préféré ou écouter votre chanson préférée sur notre système de musique Sonos. Vous pouvez faire un barbecue sur notre gril à gaz tout en regardant les enfants nager dans la piscine! Notre villa privée est l'un des plus grands lots de coin situé dans la section Réserve de Windsor Hills, une station fermée. Le complexe Windsor Hills propose une piscine de style lagon avec un tout nouveau grand parc aquatique et un bain à remous. Ils ont également une salle de jeux, un centre de fitness, une salle de cinéma, une épicerie, des terrains de basket, un terrain de beach-volley, 3 aires de jeux à thème, un green et des courts de tennis. Tout cela est inclus sans frais avec la location de la villa.

Notre villa est située à 5 minutes des parcs à thème de Walt Disney et à quelques minutes de Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, du golf et de nombreuses autres attractions populaires de la Floride. Exactly as listed - beautiful & large home

We stayed at this villa for a week with 6 adults & 5 children and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is large and beautiful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we never felt like we were on top of eachother. It was clean, there was plenty of baby equipment and the kids loved the pool and we appreciated the safety net around it when we were not using it. The house is close to Disney and many bars and restaurants along with Walmart for shopping. It was absolutely perfect for our trip and We would absolutely stay here again! We didn’t even have a chance to fully enjoy the waterpark but that was beautiful too!

Wonderful place, great location

We stayed here for 8 days. The place was as described, clean, and located close to Disney. Our party consisted of two families - 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Christie, the host, was very responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely consider this place again for our future Orlando visits.

This home is so spacious and our family of 10 had plenty of room with 2 dining areas, the family room and living room and the wonderful pool area. All appliances were in excellent condition including the washer/dryer which is a big plus for this group! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the owner is quick to respond to all questions. We had a great vacation at this home!

Wonderful vacation time

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It is located near everything and easy to get around. The home was clean and had everything we needed. My only criticism is the checkout time is a little early. We had to get up at 6 am to wash all the towels and get everything back into place so we could be out by 9 am.

Beautiful home

We had a wondeeful time building memories in this home. My daughter got married om cocoa beach. House was very clean. Checkin was muvh easier than expected We had 7 adults anc 6 children. This house accommodated this large group. Owner was very easy to deal with very patient with all my questions. I would never rent a hotel again. This is truly the only way to go. So nice having your own pool and hottub The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike..

Great three generation family vacation

I have stayed at several VRBO properties in the past and this is one of my favorite. This property is even better than it appears in the listing. The house was perfect for the entire family of 11 to have their own space. The game room was great for the children to be occupied in the evenings and rainy day. The cribs, high chairs, and baby gate we very helpful since we were traveling with 2 boys under the age of 3. The furnishings are very nice, clean, and well maintained. The owners are very accessible, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had during our stay. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay that is very close to Disney while in Orlando, this is the place for you.

Wonderful Stay!

We were three families wanting to do Disney without staying on property. We had heard great things about this location and after reading good reviews booked this home. We’ve done a few rentals before and had some worries regarding supplies and cleanliness, but we were very happy with our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is exactly like the photos and is actually fully equipped for what you may need. Far more than any other property we’ve visited. It really helped make our stay less stressful and more enjoyable. They had instructions for everything and wifi worked like a charm. We travelled during a heat wave but the home was nice and cool after long park days. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend Windsor Hills for the ease of access to Disney parks. All were within 15 minutes of the home. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the memories!!!

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. Very nice neighborhood and amenities. The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of extras like pool towels, highchairs, strollers, etc. The showers were good and the beds comfy. The game room was great and so was the pool. The only issue we had; the check-out procedures required more than we are used to with VRBO rentals. Having all of the towels and dishes cleaned and put away prior to departing at 10:00 am may be challenging so just know that ahead of time if you have a large group. . Double check what is available before purchasing like laundry soap. There is quite a bit available we didn't need to buy including kitchen spices, which was nice. We would recommend this home especially if you are visiting the Disney parks. Plus, there is plenty to do at the house or in the resort for those days you need to have more down time. If you need a break from the major parks, visit Old Town which is also nearby. Lots to do there, including carnival rides. There are groceries nearby along with many places to eat.

Disney Vacation 2022

House and property was furnished nicely. Security system caused us and the owner a bit of an issue as my wife would tap the door key pad to get it to light so she could see the numbers not realizing that she was also hitting a random number different than the first number in the access code. After a phone call with the owner we got it all straightened out. As for initial cleanliness, this will be a little more critical as my wife owns a cleaning service. Her overall opinion was that the house was in good order with these exceptions....multiple food and liquid spills were on surfaces of kitchen cabinets and appliance surfaces. A lot of dust buildup was on many areas of trim which were easily noticeable. We wanted to mention these issues so management can address them with the cleaning crew. Trash program was not sufficient. We had 16 people and trash disposal at the house was only good for 2-3 people. Lastly, the dishwasher worked fine but would spray you in the face when you opened it. Weird!!! The owners were very patient with helping us resolve security issues and were very curtious and helpful at all times. We would recommend staying at this location.

It was okay.

Cons: We specifically picked this property because it boasted two cribs as we are traveling with 2 under 2. What the listing doesn’t say is that the cribs are mini cribs and on top of it the “mattress” is a 1/4 inch piece of foam on a piece of plywood. If you’re looking for comfortable sleep situations for kids, this isn’t it. The pack n play provided isn’t any better. There is one baby gate but it’s such a terrible gate it doesn’t fit on the stairwell at the bottom or top so that was a major safety concern the entire time. Also, all of the doors had levers and not knobs which made keeping the little ones out of rooms impossible. The pool heater didn’t work at all and our kids couldn’t even enjoy the pool. And if you wanted some adult time in the hot tub when the kids went to bed you couldn’t because the pool heater shut off at 8pm and so the hot tub would bubble but wouldn’t heat. Most rental places allow you to run the dishwasher and throw towels in the dryer before you go but this place made you empty the dishwasher and fold and put away the dry towels which made it extremely hard to feed your family and shower before you checked out. Pros: The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans and even seasonings you could need for your stay. Has a crock pot and a griddle which was great too. There were quite a few king beds so that was great for us adults not having to give up that comfort we were used to at home. The location was amazing when it came to Disney and Disney area attractions. There is an awesome playground on the resort that our kids absolutely loved and I’m pretty sure they wore groove marks in the slides. The water park at the resort was amazing and it had a big heated pool that had a shallow end. The splash park was nice but not heated which on a hot day might be great but the day never got above 77F for our trip. Overall, if we weren’t traveling with kids this place would’ve been great and hard to beat but for a small kid-friendly place to stay, this isn’t it.

Our family of 14 LOVED our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable and we were able to travel light due to all the amenities offered. It’s a great place to go and just spend time to connect! Their club amenities were great also! It’s within a short drive to everything we wanted to do at a great price. The hosts are very responsive and provided clear instructions. I recommend it to all big families traveling together!

Annual Friends Trip

This house was perfect for our needs. We where a group of two families all adults 8 in total. We found the home very spacious, clean and welcoming. All details where thought of inside and out. We took advantage of the pool and game room. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and the comfortable sofas where a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. Everything we could have wanted was provided and ready making us feel right at home. I have rented dozens of properties and Christine was very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. And we truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was excellent. we had a few minor problems but we worked through them. Gate keeping process was not so good. Google maps took us to an entrance that was closed and it took some time to find the working entrance.All in all a terrific experience.

Awesome place for visiting Disney

The property was perfect for our group of 9 that included 4 kids. We loved the game room and the pool! The hosts were incredibly responsive when the washing machine had an issue. They ordered a new one and had it delivered very quickly! We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Disney.

Great place close to Disney!

Was easy to get to all of the parks, neighborhood was nice and quiet and community pool and slides made for a great rest day! Private pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and there was lots of space for our 12 person family.

5 star villa in excellent location

Windsor hills is well maintained, peaceful and secure community. The gate is manned by security guards and accessed by a scan-able pass and we had no issues entering or leaving the community and had a very short wait ( < 5 minutes) the night we checked in. We chose Windsor hills over the newer more modern communities because of its reputation and location and were not disappointed.

Family Vacation; Anniversary Celebration

Our family of 11 ranging from 2 years to 73 years totally enjoyed this home. This home is beautiful and very clean with plenty of room for everyone. There were activities available for everyone and space enough for privacy for individual rest. We were VERY pleased!! The owners were very responsive to our communications. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a family gathering/anniversary celebration. We are so thankful that the owners have made this home available!

Family Vacation

The gated resort of Windsor Hills was a family vacation spot for us in 2009. Traveling with my extended family the home we rented was amazing and slept 14 guests comfortably and had a private pool and spa. The community of Windsor Hills is amazing and well kept. All of this and the closest community to Walt Disney World and 20 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios Orlando. We purchased our home in 2013 and have been loving the positive feedback from all of our guests and friends.

Disney Adventure Villa has many additional amenities that you and your family will enjoy. We find most of our guests love the Sonos music system in our home. We have Sonos speakers outside by the pool, inside the game room and kitchen/family room area. We also have a 55" Samsung Smart TV outside by the pool/patio area. We have a Stainless-steel BBQ grill outside on the patio. We have motorized reclining sectional sofa and a Samsung 65" 4K Ultra HD TV in the family room. The Kitchen has all you will need to cook a gourmet meal. We purchased 4 King, 2 Full and 2 Twin high quality mattresses ensure you can get a good night's rest after long days at the parks. We also provide you with dishwasher soap, new sponge, laundry detergent and dryer fabric softener sheets. We maintain and do upgrades regularly to keep this a 5-star rated villa.
