Grew up in Athens Georgia in a little town called Watkinsville. Attended the University of North Georgia and studied finance. I quickly realized I would not be moving to Atlanta to start the finance career and instead moved to the beach. I enjoy surfing even though I'm pretty terrible, fly fishing, and making up songs on the guitar.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I got this property as a package deal with the apartment complex next door with the mural on it. I had just finished college and moved up here from Ga cause my brother was stationed here. We decided to start a real estate investment company together and then we spent the next couple years working on the apartments. Once the units were finished, we celebrated by diving headfirst into this project. I have truly enjoyed this area. Being able to longboard to the boardwalk and check out the surf, or stop for a beer at Vibrant Brewing on the way back, this neighborhood has meant a lot to me and I hope you enjoy the house and the area!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
My brother and I rebuilt the property after we finished rehabbing the brick apartments beside the house. We wanted to build something unique that had an open floor plan and we really started making up a lot of it as we went. The "attic", now loft, was completely unusable so we tore all the wall out, put a huge beam in to open up the ceiling over the kitchen and living room, then decided to try and build a bathroom upstairs. That upstairs bathroom was actually the first time I had ever tiled. Happy with how the whole project turned out and I hope that you enjoy the property and time with those around you.
