Other Things to Note:

1. Parking – 3-4 cars in the gravel driveway; 2 cars in front of house on street

2. City of Austin mandated quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM. Violation of this can result in penalties and/or removal from property.

3. The hot tub or pool can be heated for extra charge. See below for heating charges. Please let the host know in advance if either of these will be used. Charges are non-refundable, and heating performance is dependent on weather and water temperatures etc and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow 2-3 hours for spa to heat up, and 6-8 hours for pool to heat up fully.
