During your stay, you’ll have full access to this four-bedroom side-by-side duplex, conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and shops.

Each unit features two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, a living room, dining area, private entry, and its own washer and dryer located in the basement. Unit 29 is single-level, while Unit 30 spans two floors and includes a staircase.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to four cars.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
