We traveled to Austin from Canada with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and experience the city’s music scene. The home was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated four adult couples. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio with its fantastic city views—it was the perfect spot to relax and have our morning coffee.The location was also very convenient. We could walk to several nearby restaurants and bars, and downtown Austin was just a short ride away. Overall, a great stay and a memorable birthday trip.

layout was very nice - 3rd floor got warm - living room furniture was extremely soft and very low to ground - near impossible to get out of, very poor for elderly, kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable - kitchen well stocked - low quality dishes and cutlery - can openener was junk - dark driveway - tripping hazards- lights didn't work

Amazing stay!

The place was fantastic! All of the rooms were clean and had their own individual TVs in them. The rooftop terrace and ping pong room were a huge plus as well.

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful rooftop with a view of downtown for the sunsets. We had one minor issue with the Lietz and the host sent someone over right away and had the lights fixed. Would definitely rent there again.

Overall we enjoyed our time. House had some leaks from rain while we were there. Kitchen was decent. Close proximity to downtown via rideshare. Deck has amazing views.

Great location and space

Loved this house! The space was excellent and clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Only issue we had was some plumbing problems on the first floor which were easily resolved by host. Would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

We really enjoyed this property. Great location, making it easy to reach fun spots around Austin and the University for graduation. The house was clean and the communication was great.

Great house, great location!

We were a group of 4 couples staying 4 nights and this was a perfect house for us. We all had our own room and bathroom, Kitchen and living rooms were spacious and the rooftop deck was an added bonus! Great beds, linens, towels, everything was clean and well cared for. Would stay here again!

Great location and beautiful property!

Beautiful house with spacious bedrooms and all the amenities! Rooftop deck was a great place to relax with incredible views. Stocked kitchen with all the right utensils for preparing meals.

Fabulous Friends Weekend

We had a great time at Valerie! The house was perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen, rooftop and really comfortable beds. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and a short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location and good setup for groups

Great location just a couple blocks from East Austin restaurants, bars, and breweries. House is setup well to accommodate large groups. Bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and lots of hangout space between the downstairs area and the rooftop, plus the ping pong table in the garage. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect Stay

Property was great for our group of 8. Exactly as described. Was super close to everything and getting around the city was easy. When we had any questions a text was responded to quickly and any small issues were handled immediately. Would absolutely stay here again.
