Spacious Palm Coast pool spa home w/lanai, grill, pool table, 10 min from beach

Welcome to your pool and spa paradise in sunny Palm Coast, Florida. You will have the entire house to yourself with a heated pool, spa and an outdoor kitchen. The home has a beach/holiday theme for you to relax and rejuvenate. Plenty of space for a family with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a master bath with garden tub). We are located 10 minutes from Flagler and Palm Coast beaches, halfway between Saint Augustine, Marineland (swim with dolphins) to the North and Daytona Beach to the South. An hour from Jacksonville and only an hour and a half from Orlando close to all the theme park fun. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
Here are some things you need to be aware of
- Must be 25 years of age (The person booking and the person that will be on site)
- Pool and Spa settings cannot be changed by the guests. Pool is heated at 80F from Nov 15-March 15th but temperatures cannot be guaranteed because of ambient temp outside
- Spa is set at 95F and goes on between the hours of 7-8 pm every day. Pool and Spa lights are on from 7-9 pm. These settings cannot be changed or altered and should not be tampered with as that will result in malfunction of the Pool/Spa equipment and result in additional charges for the guest if a service call has to be placed.
- Trailers of any kind are NOT permitted on property per Local Laws
- No Parties of Any Kind Due to the respect of our Neighbors
- Never loud music
- Quiet time outside after 10pm.
- No more Cars than what can fit completely in Driveway ( 4 most sizes )
- No parking on the grass
- We ask Caution and 100% Supervision of children around the Pool!
- Please park your vehicles in the driveway. Garage has some owners equipment which is marked and not to be used.
- No smoking/vaping in the house
- No Glass on Patio or Pool Area
- No Pets or Animals
- Cameras are placed in the external areas of the house including entrance, driveway and garage for security. All other cameras are disconnected.
- Self check in by keypad
