We came here to celebrate my daughter‘s 30th birthday. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our weather was not the best. It rained the whole time. We were still able to go to the beach which was beautiful and have fun. A map of the property would’ve been very helpful. It was difficult to find the beach and the pool.Ann our host was wonderful and we were able to do an early check-in. All and all we had a great time and we would come back.

Thank you for the wonderful review and for choosing to celebrate such a special 30th birthday with us! We are thrilled to hear that the condo was beautiful, clean, and that the early check-in helped start the trip off right. It is a shame the weather did not cooperate, but it is great that your group still made the most of the beautiful beach. We really appreciate your suggestion about providing a property map to help locate the beach and pool more easily. That is excellent feedback, and we will definitely work on adding one to our welcome materials for future guests. We would love the opportunity to host your group again for another great getaway in the future.

The property is beautifully decorated, immaculate and comfortable. Everything from booking to our exit went smoothly and Ann and crew were extremely helpful. We were also quite pleased by how comfortable the beds were and how clear all instructions pertaining to the condo and Seabrook Island were. It's a gorgeous place and 153 High Hammock is a great place to stay.KM

This condo was wonderful! One of our favorite we've stayed in anywhere. We wish we could call it home. Everything was as good as or better than expected. Just the relaxing short vacation we were looking for. The only hiccup we had was not really understanding what was (or more importantly, was NOT) included in this community. We saw that there was free access to the Lakehouse, but nowhere did we see that there was NO access to any of the other club amenities. Unless we just clearly missed it. We went to a club restaurant and sat down to eat, only to discover we weren't allowed to because it wasn't a part of what we rented. But the server and the manager there were very gracious and understanding. We just wish we knew specifically that none of the club amenities are included. It would be good to make that very clear up front. There were PLENTY of emails before we arrived, but I would say almost too many. It got kind of confusing. But every detail was covered well in at least one of them.Other than that, we had a fantastic time there. We loved the condo so much that we just stayed in there and rested much of the time. Thank you!

Hi Jack, Thank you for the wonderful review and the 10/10 rating! We are thrilled you loved the condo so much and had a relaxing vacation. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the amenities and our communication. Seabrook Island's amenity rules can be tricky to navigate since access depends entirely on the specific property owner's club membership. We will look into how we can make the amenity status more prominent in our listing descriptions so it is crystal clear upfront. We also hear you on the email volume. We send detailed information to try and cover all of the island's specific rules and procedures, but we will review our messaging flow to see where we can consolidate and simplify things. We are so glad you still had a fantastic time and were able to rest and recharge. We would love to host you again anytime.

Beautiful place, felt new! Very comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Easy drive to beach although a map of the area would have been nice. The off leash beach area is great and not crowded during the week when we were there.
