Guests enter The Crab Cove by walking up a half flight of exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, staircase to the upper levels and a hallway that leads to the bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also a private deck accessible through the bedroom. If you take the stairs to the next level, you will find the dining area, kitchen and another staircase to the top level. The top level features a bathroom and the living room with sliding door access to a back deck. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Please note this villa has three levels with staircases that connect each of these levels.



- For TV apps personal subscription required.



Tenant must be 25 years old. No pets. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.



Please note there is a villa adjacent to Crab Cove. You may hear noises from the unit next door during your stay.
