Ce condo au 2e étage peut être loué comme une chambre à QUATRE OU une efficacité de trois chambres et une chambre pour 4 personnes.

La chambre principale sur l'eau a un lit king size et la télévision par câble ainsi qu'une vue magnifique sur l'océan et l'accès au balcon. LA CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE A UNE SALLE DE BAIN PRIVÉE AVEC UNE BAIGNOIRE JACUZZI.

La 2ème chambre a un lit king size et une télévision par câble à écran plat sur le mur.

La 3ème chambre a un lit queen size et une télévision par câble à écran plat sur le mur.

Le salon a des fenêtres du sol au plafond donnant sur l'océan, avec accès au balcon surdimensionné et un canapé-lit queen.

La 4ème chambre ou l'efficacité a un lit king size, un lit superposé double, une télévision par câble à écran plat de 55 pouces, une vue sur l'océan et son propre balcon privé donnant sur l'océan. Il dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire jacuzzi. Il dispose également d'une kitchenette.

Avec des plafonds de neuf pieds, des moulures couronnées, des carreaux partout, des comptoirs en granit, des ventilateurs de plafond partout et des baignoires et des douches de jardin en marbre avec douche de massage, ce condo a tout pour plaire! Lots of space

Overall, very nice unit. Our family of 5 enjoyed all the space we had family that couldn’t make it. We had fun playing cards at the large kitchen table. The balcony and beach chairs were a plus. Pretty nice view even with the pool bar roof in direct view. The furniture is nice, beds are decent. A few things were missing from previous VRBO places I’ve stayed at. A broom would be useful in the unit along with baking dishes to use in the oven. Hair dryers, coasters to protect your nice furniture are a suggestion. Check in and communication were easy. The security staff are friendly and present. The unit’s ice maker was completely solid with ice so that was a bummer for not packing a cooler or making drinks. Definitely not the owners fault.

Thanksgiving trip

The room was super spacious and clean. It is decorated nicely. It had a couple of maintenance things that needed attention. The actual resort is very strict on their rules of the wristbands and parking passes. It would’ve been expected and totally understandable if it were summer time, but when nobody is really even there, it was a little excessive. There would be like 5 people at the pool and the guard would make laps around making sure that everyone had their wristbands on (you couldn’t just have them with you or on your bag but had to be on your body. And we got cited because our Parking pass didn’t have our departure date on it. However, the resort is very nice and clean. It was decorated very nicely for Christmas and we would definitely stay there again.

Condo needs repairs

4th bedroom is size of a walk in closet. Highly disappointed. Both walk in showers did not have good seals so wasted clean towels for water leakage. Oven door coming apart and burner dials couldn't be read. No pot holders or dish rags in kitchen and one bath towel per person. I believe should be two. Renting this bring some from home.

Cozy and roomy vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is perfect for a large group. It was roomy and cozy at the same time. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The large balcony was a popular spot to take in the Gulf views and to play cards. A few suggestions: More towels in each bathroom and in the kitchen. Replace the missing shelf in the refrigerator. Replace the mattresses for the bunk beds. We loved the location! Easy to get to the beach and pool area! We loved getting ice cream at the Corner Market downstairs and enjoyed the live music on weekend nights at the Boardwalk Bar and Grill. A nice place to call home for a week! I would stay here again.

I was worried about a condo at first as we usually stay in a townhouse but I was very pleased! The elevators were fast! The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Communication with manager was very easy and they responded quickly! My only complaint was security knocked on our door after 11PM for a float that was outside of our door. I feel like they should make rounds earlier!

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting this condo and loved it! The condo was just as it's pictured. Check in and check out was extremely easy with keyless entry and helpful information from the on duty security at the entrance. My only issue and it's not even a complaint was the blue surface in the kiddie. It was hot for even adult feet. Hopefully the next time they update that area they come up with a cooler solution. Water shoes were a very simple solution for the baby. So again, it's not even a complaint because we loved our stay. Also, the location is away from all the craziness of the strip so the beach wasn't packed and driving around was a breeze.

Nice, comfortable stay

The property was spacious and comfortable for 12 people. 8 adults, 4 kids ranging from 1 to 9. There were a few quirks to the unit such as having a hard time finding light switches, coffee maker not being cleaned, vacuum not having wheels on it. But the beds were comfortable, and it was a convenient location. The furniture was not the same as pictured, but we were satisfied with what we had. They even updated the outdoor furniture while we were there (and they notified us beforehand which we appreciated). We also liked the minimal decor and sturdy furniture (no breakable decor). I was glad we brought trash bags, hair dryers, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. The Walmart is convenient for anything forgotten. There is a live band that plays each night; it was a joy to listen to and did not go late into the night. The bar/restaurant blocked some of the view, but we still got great shots of the sunset. The pool was wonderful and well kept. The staff on site was on top of the ball; they were very kind and helpful. They enforced rules such as arm bands, no drinks in pool, and kids out once and hour, but they were very kind about it and did not affect us enjoying the amenities.. There was a coffee/corner market directly below the unit. It was an easy walk to the beach. It felt secluded, but was close to everything. The food at the hotel bar was great. In all, we were happy with our 4 day stay, and we would consider staying with this management group again.

Very nice place. The door to balcony was very hard to open but maintenance came the last day and fixed. The AC quit working as well but was fixed within 24 hours. The room with the queen bed is super tiny. Unable to walk on either side of bed so you have to crawl from the bottom of the bed to get in. No closet or dressers in this room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice.However the cleaning stuff was bad to say the least.If they would have noticed ECD of the fact the air wasn't wrong or the dryer those issues could have been addressed and fixed instead of me having to deal with them. The main sliding door out to the balcony was not usable because of so much dirt and sand in track which we cleaned ourselves so we could use the door. The balcony was full sand and the furniture needs to be replaced (very rusty).The refrigerator had to be cleaned before we were able to place our food in it. Not sure what they were doing in there from 9:00am till 4:00 ( not cleaning) or drying anything .

Vacation Made Easy

This condo was just what we needed for our family getaway. We walked in and everything was clean, nothing needed to be done. It was very spacious and their was plenty of room for my immediate family and in-laws. The 3 bathrooms definitely helped make things easy with bathing kiddos. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Misrepresented

The unit was completely misrepresented. The photos were old and in no way showed the actual condition of the condo. The living room furniture that was in the unit is old and broken down. Only the master suite had furniture other than beds and nightstands. Therefore, there was no place to put our clothes other than the linen closets. The sliding door to the balcony was so hard to open that it took two adults to open and close it. A maintenance man came and worked on it but he said he couldn’t do much for it. When we got to the unit it was filthy. We had to call to have it cleaned. There was sand everywhere, floors, couches, everywhere. The kitchen was sparsely outfitted and the ice maker was frozen up. But we fixed that problem. We loved the location of the unit, and once it was cleaned we felt much better about it.

Very expensive dissatisfied with The Boardwalk stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid almost $8,000 to stay 7 nights at The Boardwalk. We found roaches in our bathroom, 2 shelves missing out of the refrigerator and also our dryer sounded like it was going to take off. We arrived Saturday and I reported this the same day I was told maintenance would come out. Three days later they showed up and addressed the issue with the dryer and the vent being too close to it causing the noise. The rules at the pool are almost at the point of ridiculous no toys at all, only inflatable for small children no jumping at all or anything. Security was on site 100% at the pool but it took 3 days for any of my issues of where I stayed in my condo to get fixed. This will be my last stay at The Boardwalk,

Spring Break

We found 3 cockroaches and reported to property management and they were responsive in saying they would have it addressed no one came and upon second email they never responded. Bathrooms were dirty when we arrived. Pool made the kids get out the last 10 minutes of every hour and didn’t allow them to have any pool tools. Property isn’t very kid friendly. The kids play area water was freezing cold. Security guards were very nice and friendly! Location was great when trying to find places to eat or entertainment.
