This 3-bedroom 1-bath home in Moseley is perfect for your escape to relaxation and fun. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including children over 2 years old). Close to sporting events such as River City Sportsplex (6 miles), Horner Park (2.3 miles), and wedding venues like Amber Grove (1/2 mile) and Magnolia Green Golf Club (5 miles). Convenient to RT 288 and 76. You can be downtown Richmond or Short Pump in 15 minutes.

Grandma's house has all the comforts of home steeped in nostalgia. It sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen, a three seasoned porch and high-speed internet. There is a gas fireplace that is available seasonally. There is a wonderful, large backyard for games, and a firepit where you can enjoy the cool evenings outside (weather permitting).

The house has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a large walk-in shower, but please note there is no bathtub. There is also no automatic dishwasher at Grandma's house, she likes to clean her dishes the old-fashioned way, with soap and elbow grease! There is a port-a-crib if needed. 1 small dog is allowed (pet fee) if it is 40 pounds or smaller.
