Great location with Brewery nearby & The Foundry Golf course all within 1.5 miles. Nestled just off Huguenot Trail which offers several historical sites to check out. This house will comfortably house 2 adults and 2 children, fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, dish ware and utensils. Linens, towels & toiletries also available along with hair dryer. Washer and dryer is on site with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. TVs are in each room, two of which are set up for streaming, internet/Wi-Fi available. DVD player on site with several dvds available for viewing.

Cozy and clean

Lovely little home in a peaceful setting. My little granddaughter loved looking at the ponies from the front windows! Thoughtful attention to details and host was wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is so incredibly clean and very nicely done. We took full advantage of the outdoor space eating all our meals at the table and had a fire in the evening. Would most definitely recommend.

We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was perfect for what we needed and very nice and clean. It helped that it is only a mile to the venue. I would highly recommend this.

Perfect little spot!

My daughter got married at the Estate at River Run so we decided to stay near the venue instead of taking the long drive home. This little house is packed with charm and was perfect for our family! It was clean, had all of the amenities we needed and it was convenient.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was adorable, very clean and nicely stocked! Lisa had so many nice touches that made us feel very welcome! Our check in and check out went very smoothly and we would definitely recommend this cottage if you are visiting the Richmond area!

Great first experience

I could not ask for more for our first experience. Like, we will definitely be back if you'll have us. The home was beautiful, clean and peacefully located. Lisa was friendly and responsive. The checkin/out process was easy and was just so much better alltogether than dealing with hotels etc. I really can't think of anything negative to say about this place - I fully understand why they have a consistent five star rating. Well deserved. Thank you!

Just as described...

The house was extremely clean and had everything needed and as described. Lisa was prompt and accomodating at every turn. Neighborhood was quiet and outdoor space was great...unfortunately we had alot of rain. If we visit family in the area again, we'll definitely re-book and build a fire.

Perfect place.

My golf buddy and I enjoyed the property during three days of golf at the Foundry. It was a perfect, peaceful retreat and Lisa was very responsive and helpful. I will stay here again, and I’ve already recommended it to friends and Foundry leadership.
