The Neighborhood:

Located in the island community of Key Colony Beach, the home balances serenity with convenience. Stroll or bike to local favorites like Sparky’s Landing, Key Colony Inn, and Havana Jack’s, or play a round of tennis nearby before heading to the Cabana Club for a beach-and-pool afternoon. A short drive brings you to the Turtle Hospital, Seven Mile Bridge, Sombrero Beach, and Marathon’s marinas and charters—perfect for reef trips and sunset cruises. Evenings end best back at Sunset Harbor, watching boats glide by as the sky turns gold.



Getting Around:

Driving is recommended for exploring the Keys. Marathon Airport is minutes away; Key West is roughly a 1-hour scenic drive. Onsite parking is included for vehicles and one boat trailer. Bring your boat (approx. up to 30’—please confirm specs), launch locally, and tie up at the private dock.
