There are plenty of spots for a quiet read or peaceful reflection, including an upstairs lounge area and a balcony that overlooks the crystal clear pool. The wooden pool deck includes sumptuous loungers, which invite you to kick back and soak up the sun at any time of day.

Nestled within your very own tropical garden, it’s the perfect spot for poolside cocktails and elegant sun downers. Connect your device to the villa’s Bluetooth speaker and you can even set your own soundtrack!

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit, so you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

The Neighborhood:
Your tranquil haven is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the buzzing Seminyak Square, for your pick of the best shops, beach bars and restaurants.
The popular beachfront restaurant Gado Gado is only 4 minutes away, for romantic fine-dining as the sun dips below the Indian Ocean.

Alternatively, a 6 minute walk takes you to La Plancha, a unique and vibrant chiringuito-style restaurant and bar, and you’re only 10 minutes from Ku De Ta restaurant, bar and beach lounge, for panoramic ocean views. You’re spoilt for choice!

Getting Around:
Guest can use taxi to get around or reach Seminyak area. The best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads!

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included,
- Extra person, adult and/or additional extra bed are not possible,
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
- Shared parking available for 1 car.
