Luxueux Condo 1 pâté de sable Whitecap Beach. Pourquoi rester dans un hôtel pour deux fois le prix? Profitez de la pêche à la Manche Packery, Bob Hall Pier ou de la propriété sur place un étang rempli par une liaison souterraine à la
golfe. Profitez du soleil à la plage animée Whitecap ou mettre vos pieds et vous détendre dans le condo avec la belle vue sur le canal. couchages Le condo de deux confortablement dans un lit queen size et dispose d'un grand canapé-lit disponible pour deux personnes supplémentaires.

Récemment meublé et rénové en Juin 2013. Il comprend des éléments de cuisine, linge de maison, un lit queen size, et est décorée dans un décor festif de la plage.

Sur place est une superbe piscine, un bain à remous, un sauna, un centre de remise en forme 24 heures, centre d'affaires, fers à cheval et en voiture rinçage. WiFi est disponible dans l'unité, au gazebo, piscine et dans le clubhouse.

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. Communication was prompt, condo was clean and cute and it's a very convenient location. Close to beach and one of our favorite restaurants. Would definitely recommend and book again.

2nd stay

This is the 2nd time we (me and my son) have stayed here. You can't beat the location to Whitecap Beach. Check-in was easy and I'm sure we will be back once it warms up.

Perfect place for a family

The condo was in a great location and it was the perfect size for my family of 4. We loved the vibrant decor and that the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The condo is clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the pool and barbecue pits. Kayla was kind and easy to reach! We hope to visit again.

Great Value, Well-Maintained!

My wife and I were looking for a quick weekend getaway - this property was perfect! Kayla was very responsive and the property was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for the two of us. Easily could've had two more people stay in the living room, great for a beach vacation (5 min walk to the beach, tops)! This is the best value we could've gotten and will definitely consider this property again when we head back.

Wonderful location

The condo is cute and cozy. The location is fabulous, if you plan on going to Whitecap beach. There were only a couple things that could use some attention, like the slow shower drain and accurate log in wifi info. (We figured out by looking at info on modem) The poop is nice and convenient located.. It truly is a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Didn't want to leave! Place is perfect!

We only stayed 2 nights, which was not enough time. We will be back at some point. Place extremely nice and perfect location for the price. The kitchen makes it nice to save cost on eating out for every meal! So much better than a hotel. Even got a pond you can fish in. Couple guys filled an ice chest up with Reds. My only 2 complaints: We had to hunt for the towels, which were still in the dryer along with sheets. The other, are the floor mats/rugs in the condo are extremely slippery on the wooden floor. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your vacation home! We will return!

BEWARE: PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE STOLEN FROM THIS UNIT

Future renters should be aware. Rent at your own risk. We reserved this unit over the 2016 Labor Day weekend, but only stayed one night because we were in fear for our safety after the unit (the only unit) was burglarized. The first night was uneventful, but we started to notice something unusual outside of the unit. The second night, while we were away at dinner, the unit was “broken into” (no forced entry per police report). There is keypad access to enter the unit and we are certain the owners gave one of several people access to the unit via access code. Thousands of dollars of personal belongings were stolen, including a computer, camera, and windsurfing equipment. The owners’ response regarding reimbursement was, “We refunded the cost of the stay. That should cover the items.” That refund didn’t even come close. After filing a police report, we asked the owners to help us find out who used the keypad last prior to the “break-in”. They refused to assist us with this information. As a result of their lack of cooperation, we believe they were involved somehow. I would avoid renting from this couple or any other unit they own at all costs. We believe they are ultimately responsible and put our safety at risk by allowing too many individuals have access to this unit.

I appologize that you feel we had anything to do with this. I am sorry that after our numourous conversations via phone calls, emails, and texts that you would feel we were uncooperative and didn't respond. It is important to note that it was not only your property that was stolen but ours belongings as well. We cooperated with everything that the Corpus Christi Police department requested. After this incident we have purchased new software and door locks to let us know at all times if the door is locked, unlocked, which code was used and at what time.

First time working with an owner.

We have been going to North Padre Island for 20 years. This was the first time we had worked with the owner of a property. It was a great experience. She was so understand and took care of any problems in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Just the right level of relax

This place was perfect. It was just enough room for my husband and I to room with my parents. The guys chartered a fishing trip from Dolphin Docks and my mother and I were able to spend the weekend at the beach just relaxing. Spent some time in the pool as well. Everything was so close. The condo was so adorable. We loved all the seahorses and it was so clean. You can tell that they really take the time to keep the place up and we appreciated that. Thanks for letting us in your home, we had the best weekend.

Great location

Perfect size and location. The property was great for a family of four. Great pool and gym. The condo could use some rugs to keep sand from being tracked in. Also, one of the blankets in the closet had sand in it when we pulled it out to use it. Overall this was a great place and we would definitely stay again. I’ll pack a rug or two!

Nice little condo near beaches and restaurants

This was our first experience with a VRBO property. The contactless check-in process was easy, and the condo description was pretty accurate. It was a very short drive to multiple beach access roads, and there were a number of souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. The listing stated a four cup coffee maker, but we found a Keurig in the unit. Updating the listing to reflect this upgrade will help people pack the correct things for coffee, if they didn't plan on buying what they needed nearby. The other bed was a Murphy bed in a faux cabinet that could use some basic instructions on how fold out and fold back in. We figured it out eventually, but without instructions renters run the risk of damaging the bed frame or cabinet. The last issue was that the shower drain was slow, causing water to accumulate in the tub during showers and remaining for some time afterward. Overall, we had a great time in the condo and on the island!

Mother’s Day Last Minute Trip

My sister in law and I decided to escape with my nine year old niece for a last minute weekend trip. I can’t believe this cute little condo was available. Since we had a child with us a pool was definitely a requirement. The pool area is great and the hot tub a larger size and right by the pool. Nice and well maintained fitness area. The property itself is a short walk from the beach on a brick path about two blocks to Whitecap Beach. Love the condo and happened to meet the property owners by chance. They are lovely people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing was lacking!

Property not what it appears.

Small dirty condo not even large enough for a table to eat meals at, only 3 barstools at the counter. Bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Dust bunnies stuck to the bedroom walls, curtains and vent. A friend had another unit in the same building could get in by 3PM, me not til 4PM and then I had to call the owner to set the code so I could get in. There should be a universal time for check-in and out. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

Deborah was offered other options of places to stay that belong and she decided those were what she wanted either. She wasn’t happy no matter what option she was given. Unfortunately we realize those are just some people that can not be satisfied. Most of our guest are happy and enjoy their vacation spent in our condo.

It was pretty much what I was expecting. A nice place to stay and a short walk to the beach. We appreciated a sufficient supply of kitchen items so we could cook there and not go out all the time. The dishwasher has seen better days, but we just hand washed everything ;) Overall, it was a great!

The location is perfect! The place was neat and clean. The only thing missing was a blow dryer, but not a big deal at all.

Tommy and Kayla were high school sweethearts who grew up in the Live Oak County Area. They lived in Corpus Christi while attending Texas A&M Corpus Christi and currently live in San Antonio, Texas.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we moved to San Antonio, our heart never left Corpus Christi. We found ourselves back and forth and making the trip down 37 to Corpus Christi any time we could. We were forced to stay in hotels or with friends when we would come down. As we realized our hearts would never leave Corpus Christi, we decided to purchase on the island where we could visit as often as we could and enjoy a HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our family owns a few condos in the Beach Club and we LOVED staying there. We enjoy the pool area and the peaceful island feeling it has. We were looking for a first floor unit with a nice view and when this unit came available we had to have it! We love that it overlooks the canal to a beautiful light house style restaurant!!!
