LAYOUT AND FLOW

Upon entering the house through the custom wood and beveled glass front door, guests will see the living room on the left and dining area and kitchen on the right. This open concept area is anchored and centered by a floor to ceiling black accent wall. A walk through the living room leads to the hallway that houses the main bathroom and both bedrooms. Back in the living room, the sliding doors lead outside to the spacious patio and backyard. Off the dining area is a conveniently located half bath, as well as the door leading into the garage which features a pool table, mural, and washer dryer.

STYLISH LIVING AREA

Experience spacious comfort as you relax and unwind on the plush leather sofa with chaise. Enjoy epic movie nights on the 55" Samsung Smart TV with immersive soundbar. Log into your streaming service of choice to view your favorite movie and TV programming. The glow of a statement electric fireplace provides the perfect evening ambience. Set a comfortable temperature for yourself with the modern mini-split heat and A/C unit controlled via remote.

CHEF'S KITCHEN & ENTERTAINING

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring stainless steel Samsung appliances, a gas stove, and a pass-through window to the outdoor area - perfect for serving while guests lounge in the pool or stargaze from the hottub. Drift into luxurious rest in one of the two king bedrooms. Individual heat/AC units in each bedroom provide a personalized climate experience while you sleep. Both bedrooms also have new, modern ceiling fans. Ample closet space and luggage racks allow guests the option of unpacking or not. The full length mirrors in each bedroom are also amenities that guests appreciate.

BATHROOMS

The full bathroom is conveniently located right next to the two bedrooms. Feel refreshed in the stand-up shower that features modern green designer tiles, sleek black fixtures, a custom glass shower door, and a rainfall showerhead with excellent water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and ample towels are provided. There is a hair dryer located in this bathroom on the vanity shelf below the sink.

The spacious half bath is conveniently located off the dining area and features a vanity with ample drawers for products and toiletries.

GAME ROOM

The spacious two-car garage has been converted to a game room with indoor entertainment in mind, featuring a pool table for friendly competition and a one-of-a-kind mural hand painted by a talented local artist - perfect for your social media pics! After longs days of hiking and adventure in the desert sand, sun and wind, the LG high efficiency front load washer and dryer comes in handy. Guests can pack their bags to go home full of clean clothes and not have to worry about doing laundry upon returning from their vacation oasis.

OUTDOOR OASIS & POOLSIDE PARADISE

The private, fenced backyard begins with a spacious patio featuring a dining table for six along with propane BBQ grill. Dine al fresco enjoying fresh, delicious sunset meals. The four person hot tub next to the pass-through kitchen window will soothe your tired muscles as you enjoy a cold drink while soaking.

Don't let the fun end when the sun goes down. Experience intimate conversations and toast marshmallows for s’mores while gathering around the propane firepit. Spend hours of quality time with family and friends around the warm glow of the fire, laughing and creating memories.

There's nothing quite like the night sky in the desert. Located on the upper terrace of the backyard, Bella Vista has a hammock village complete with four hammocks that are perfect for stargazing. Feel the calming desert breeze and fall asleep under the desert sky.

A favorite guest amenity is the convenient outdoor shower with rainfall showerhead. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided so guests can wash off before entering the pool and hot tub.

Make the most of hot, sunny desert days in the refreshing above-ground, unheated cowboy pool (seasonal - open April through September) perfect for cooling off during warmer months. Take in the mountain views and desert breezes while sunbathing, floating, or enjoying family fun in the sun.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Bella Vista is perched in the highly sought-after Upper Friendly Hills neighborhood of Joshua Tree, offering unforgettable views of the mountains and desert, as well as unmatched convenience to Joshua Tree National Park and downtown shopping areas. Guests can enjoy a short and direct drive to Joshua Tree National Park and nearby attractions. Properties here are situated on half acre lots. We do have neighbors, so you will not feel isolated or alone in the desert.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire house is available for guests' use and enjoyment.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

The house is located in the beautiful and highly desirable prime location of Upper Friendly Hills on a well-traveled road. Guests will hear vehicles drive by fairly regularly.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to sign a short-term rental lease/waiver agreement.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance facing the front door, at the driveway facing the driveway, and above the garage facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any private spaces.

The above-ground, unheated cowboy pool is seasonal and is open from April - September.
