Bel appartement-5 lits-Parking-Super Clean!

Bel appartement situé à 30 minutes de Boston et Gillette Stadium pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La maison comprend 5 lits, 2 chambres pittoresques, un salon spacieux et beaucoup de lumiÚre. Les clients auront accÚs à deux terrasses extérieures offrant une vue sur les Blue Hills et Newton Highlands. Les grands endroits à emporter locaux sont à distance de marche et restaurants gastronomiques à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Trois places de stationnement sur place sont disponibles et l'appartement est facilement accessible par une boßte de verrouillage.

La maison comprend deux chambres (deux lits simples et un lit queen-size), une grande salle de séjour (avec un matelas d'air double et un lit double) et une salle de bains. Nous n'avons pas de cuisine mais offrons un réfrigérateur, un four grille-pain, une plaque chauffante et une cafetiÚre.

Quartier calme Ă  la pĂ©riphĂ©rie de Boston. Le quartier reçoit le nom de West Roxbury (rocks_bury) en raison de son ancienne vie en tant que volcan il y a 500 millions d'annĂ©es, ce qui en a fait une zone prĂ©cieuse pour les carriĂšres de roches. En fait, il y a une Ă©norme carriĂšre de pierre Ă  environ un 0. 5 miles de l'appartement qui devrait ĂȘtre vĂ©rifiĂ©! Vous serez Ă©tonnĂ© qu'un si grand trou dans le sol puisse ĂȘtre trouvĂ© au milieu de Boston! En plus de son historique, l'Ă©tablissement dispose de nombreuses aires de restauration Ă  emporter accessibles Ă  pied, de restaurants haut de gamme Ă  quelques minutes en voiture et de plusieurs centres commerciaux Ă  proximitĂ©. Enfin, le quartier est trĂšs accessible avec l'autoroute Ă  seulement 7 minutes, le centre-ville de Boston Ă  30 minutes, et les transports en commun en face de la maison pour vous amener Ă  Forest Hills T Station.

30 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Boston. 45 minutes avec les transports en commun (deux bus de la ville dans les 2 minutes à pied de la maison). Les bus de transport en commun 34 et 35 sont situés en face de la maison et vous amÚnent commodément à la station de Forest Hills pour vous emmener au centre-ville. Les bus circulent toutes les 15 minutes et les horaires sont fournis dans le classeur de voyage trouvé dans le salon de la maison.

Clean and great communication

The property is very clean, with tons of very well organized suggestions in 2 prepared booklets/binders for things to do in the Boston area. We had a small issue with the thermostat and the owner took care of it asap. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We were in a great place, we had access to anywhere we wanted to visit

The apartment was beautiful and we had everything we needed for a weeks visit. Right outside the was access to the bus stop which allowed us to go everywhere without moving our car. The yard was absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have gotten a better place. Our vacation was wonderful. Julian was available at all times, if we had needed him. Best for 4 or fewer people. Homey upstairs unit. Some road noise, esp in front bedroom (twin beds). Long steep outdoor stairway - well lit at night. Combined kitchen corner (sink, refrig, range/cooktop) and living room (glass coffee table couches, TV) with no room for nearby table for eating. Table and chairs are by entry door. Toaster oven and microwave,no baking dishes for oven use. Nice deck with table/chairs for eating outdoors. Appreciated recharging plug-ins by bedside. No shoes indoors - nice wood flooring. Our teens played several of the games. Many interesting books!

Took a bit to find the Apartment.

Had a hard time finding this place. Entrance/parking to the apartment is different than where GPS says. Uneven gravel/pavement to the apartment. Steep and many stairs up to the apartment, don’t bring any large suitcases. Once we settled in, was pretty comfy, some road noise in the first bedroom as you enter the apartment.

Great time in Boston !

My group of four friends enjoyed our stay in West Roxbury! The apartment was a little off the path, and we weren’t sure we were in the right spot at first, but we found it! The host provided very detailed directions! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and safe. One honest, additional thought is that we spent most of our time out-and-about. We used the apartment for mornings and evenings only. If you're looking to stay at the VRBO for your whole time in Boston, your experience may not be the same as ours. This VRBO was perfect for what we needed. Five stars.

Cozy, but some guests have problems

1. Nice overall apartment size & space true to description & up to date pictures 2. We were comfortable & the space suited us for our weekend. Priced reasonably 3. I really dislike those stairs- 3 stories on the outside. Caution should be taken for the young, old, and those with height issues. 4. A regular car would have to use extra caution as the alley way is terribly neglected by the town. I am sorry that the homeowners must endure that.

Great alternative to a hotel room!

The apartment is just what my son and I needed for our trip to Boston. I was here to drop him off for college and we needed an easy place to land for a couple of days. As advertised there isn't a kitchen and it's up an outside flight of stairs so keep that in mind as you're planning your trip. The owner was very good about communicating with me as well before and during our stay. It was a good value for the money spent.
