Great stay for our needs of visiting family in Dedham. I would have felt safer having a railing to hold onto while using the outside steps. Would stay there again as the location is great for this family.
We had a great stay with everything your needed. Very convenient.
Only thing would add is expectations when checking out.Otherwise perfect information above t expectai
Wonderful place to stay. The check in and check out process was super easy, and it had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The filtered water was a nice touch.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was large and the area quiet with close proximity to the commuter train into the city. We had all we needed and the family enjoyed the ping pong table after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay again!
Visiting Boston for the weekend. Had a blast! Ping pong table was a hit! Super easy taking train into city and Lyft back "home". Nice and clean with all the amenities. Would stay again!
Great bang for you buck. Very clean and spacious. My only note is the noise from what we presume is a treadmill, typically between 6:30 and 7 am. Not an issue unless you are sleeping in the living room or you are an early riser.
We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Boston.
Similar experience to other reviewers - the place was spacious, clean, and overall lovely! Slept super well there. There were minor sounds from people walking around above, but nothing that got annoying or disruptive. We were a tad disappointed that the ping pong paddles had padding that was peeling a lot - we were able to make do and play with what was there though. The property manager gave all information in a timely manner, and check-in was super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Great stay, would come back again!
The property was as listed. The host was helpful with train information. There is a train stop walking distance from the house. Restaurants and shops short drive away.
We stayed 1 night for a ladies overnight while attending a concert at Gillette Stadium. My friends enjoyed the ping pong table! Comfortable living area. 2 twins in one room, full bed in another bedroom. Nice shower, full size refrigerator. We enjoyed our quick stay. The hosts was very accommodating!
Nice neighborhood excellent price.
A little beat up but otherwise pleasant enough. Noteworthy that there is only portable ac in the bedrooms and not the rest if the space, also owners are on site as it is a basement apartment.
Overall, this is a very nice place and we loved the spaciousness, the added Ping Pong table and basic kitchen amenities provided. There were only 3 issues we had -- one the beds were extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Owner should invest in Mattress Toppers to soften them up. Two of us ended up sleeping on the couches as the beds hurt our backs too much. The 2nd issue was the shower, very difficult to use -- turning on/off and adjusting temp. Would recommend changing. Lastly, assuming the owner lives above. Understandably we would hear footsteps, but to hear them running on the treadmill early in the morning and late at night, was somewhat bothersome -- hearing constantly banging. Again, overall very good value for the money and location is good. If owner makes the above suggested changes, would be 5-star!!!
this is a nice clean and useable place. host was very approachable and is above this unit. makes it nice if you need something. said we could call at any time if we needed anything. simple and reasonable rules.
Great location, easy access. The home itself however needs a deep cleaning. We did not use the shower because it didnât seem clean. Inside the sink in the bathroom around the rim was covered in mold. The house also felt very damp and had a mold smell. When I got into bed it felt as if the sheets were moist.
We werenât going to be there long bc we had a very busy weekend in Boston, really just needed a comfortable place for our family of 5 to stay that didnât cost an arm and a leg, we had space to spread out, and was safe. This place delivered! The host was very very quick to arrive when we got there and it was really warm (they were experiencing a heat wave) and he quickly hooked up the bedroom air conditioning units which was a blessing. We had a rental car bc Boston was just one stop on a 2-week vacation through New England, so we just drove into the city and used ParkWiz app to plan parking, it was a pretty straight-shot.
Very spacious area - similar to an open apartment. Nice bathroom, kitchen area is great, and use of laundry facilities was a plus. Quiet, residential neighborhood which allows for a peaceful walk, and a park right nearby. Only negatives was the floor was dirty, meaning after I took my late night showers and walked to the bedroom, I'd have to wipe my feet with a cloth before getting into bed. Always felt damp, dehumidifier should be available and on. Overall, a good value, just trying to give constructive feedback.

Affordable, quiet, but damp not exactly aesthetically pleasing
As the description says, this is a basement dwelling. It was very damp and smelled musty upon entering. It is a big space. It was clean. The decoration and general aesthetic of the place left MUCH to be desired. The bathroom looked like it was remodeled by someone with zero skills or tact: unfinished scrap wood screwed into the wall held the towel rack, a big hole in the drywall, etc. If you are looking for a basement space with a bed, toilet, shower and kitchen: this is it. Just don't expect anything more. I didn't see any mold, but I wouldn't be surprised. Area is a nice, quiet neighborhood and was easily accessible and safe.
