I take guest feedback seriously, and I’ve already made several updates based directly on your recommendations, including adding multiple flashlights for power outages, replenishing consumables and toiletries, trimming the landscaping, adding a hot tub sign reminding guests to keep the lid closed to help prevent unnecessary draining, installing blackout curtains in the bedrooms with deck slider doors, and adding an additional coffee maker. I'm always looking for ways to improve Smoke Sage and create an even better experience for my guests, so your feedback was genuinely helpful. As a host I put a lot of emphasis on what is in the cabin to ensure my guests have what they need for their stay, I appreciate your comments about the kitchen. Would love to have you back in the future!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the cabin overall. I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. My communication records show that the late checkout was ultimately provided to you free of charge. I typically cannot accommodate late checkouts when I have a same-day arrival, as my cleaning team needs sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property for the next guests. In this case, I made an exception and was happy to accommodate your request at no additional cost. I also make every effort to respond promptly when a guest brings an issue to my attention. During your stay, I sent repair personnel to the property to address concerns that were reported to me. The appliance buttons and ice maker were not mentioned during your stay, so I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to inspect or address those concerns while you were there. Had they been brought to my attention, I would have been happy to look into them. Regarding supplies, I provide an initial supply of common household essentials, including trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent, to get guests started during their stay. For longer stays or higher usage, guests may need to replenish certain consumables. I appreciate feedback and am always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. I’m glad you enjoyed the cabin, and I wish you all the best in your future travels.

When remotes go missing from prior guests I understand this can be frustrating, I have ordered backups to keep onsite for lost remotes. I'm glad the TV repairman I sent onsite was able to get things up and running for you. Also repairs are underway for the air hockey table in the game room to ensure everything is working properly. The hot tub issue you mentioned is also being addressed—proper water balance and maintenance are a top priority for us. I appreciate your note about the drive in as well. The road can feel a bit different depending on weather and time of day, and we’ll review our listing to make sure expectations are clear. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to have the chance to host you again for a smoother stay.
